Jimmy's eyes open to the face the bright boiling sun seeping in through the window down to his rocket blanket, as he yanks the covers up over his face. He jumps up like a spring off the bed as he is startled by his retro rocket-ship themed alarm clock screeching a "PREEEEEPARE FOR BLAST OFF!". Jimmy bounded off each step like a slinky down the stairs, yawning only to say seconds later, "Hiya mom, Hi dad." "JAMES ISAAC NEUTRON! For the last time will I accept such a mess from an irresponsible young man like you!" Jimmy's mouth almost dropped all the way to the floor as his eyes wandered about the room to see where gotard, his robot dog, had left droppings all about. "M-Mom-" Jimmy was cut-off by his infuriated mother. "James! I thought we had talked about…re-..reprogramming this…this dog of yours sweetie. My father and I love you but if you can't stop this from happening we're going to have to rid of gotard, Jimmy." "I-I'll clean it up mom! I promise…"
Jimmy whined for he couldn't bear the thought of losing his beloved buddy, gotard. "Oh, alright, Jimmy. If it's okay with your father." "Hey….Hey..Dad?!" "Jimbo, its fine by me." Judy walks gingerly in her heels carefully avoiding to step in any of the droppings, and whispers to Hugh, "Honey, are you sure about letting Jimmy get away with this one?" "Judy, Jude, Judiah, Judy, Judas, Judiliah, honey it'll be just fine." Jimmy gets to cleaning and skips away to school as he starts to accelerate in speed and yells "GOTTA BLAST!" suddenly his backpack sprouts wings and he shoots away to class, just in time to take his seat for Ms. Fowl's class. Later on that day, Jimmy approaches his close friends, Carl Wheezer and Sheen Estevez. Jimmy's father, Hugh, approaches to give Jimmy his lunch. "Jimbo, my boy! You left your lunch at home and sugarbooger told me to bring you it, hope you didn't mind me embarrassing you in front of all these cool kids and all!" "MARRY ME HUGH!" Sheen screams. Unknowingly, Jimmy's friend sheen had been crushing on Hugh for years, but finally broke down and confessed his love. "GET BACK HUGH IS MINE!" cried Carl, for he had also loved Hugh Neutron. Things were getting intense in the Neutron household.
"I'LL BITE YOU!" Carl howled at sheen. In response, sheen howled, "You can't even handle hughs hotness!" "I CAN DREAM SHEEN!" Carl's once happy smile turned into a scowl. "Guys back off my dad! Can't I just have one day where my dad isn't harassed by my fellow peers!"
"I'm gonna kiss hugh's butt ;)" Sheen remarked.
"NOOOO!" Carl screeched as he plummeted into hugh's arms.
"Im flattered you all like my dad so much
but really you should calm down carl.." Jimmy was trying not to seem hurt, but deep down inside he was anything but content with the situation.
Jimmy just couldn't hold it in anymore, and he no longer thought before he spoke. "What's the point of dreaming for a normal life when I know Ill never acheive it!"
