MSMF Prompt 35: Lava Lamp

This one's a bit goofy but look at the prompt I had to work with! : There's still some Spova fluff, though!

MSMF Prompt #35: Lava Lamp

"Sparx, what is that thing?" Nova asked as she stepped in his room.

"It's called a lava lamp. I found it on Earth when we were visiting. Isn't it cool? I picked this one out because I like the colors."

"Red and yellow, gee I wonder why you like them." Nova watched the lava move around in the jar for a moment. "Still, it is kind of relaxing."

"Come on, sit down and relax a while," Sparx said. "I won't bite...much."

Nova held up a threatening fist. "You better not!"

"Heh heh I promise!"

"Maybe for a few minutes." Nova sat down next to Sparx and watched the lava lamp ooze and bubble.
