Papyrus, the ever spaghetti-loving skeleton, finally found a job that fit him: a chef in a cafeteria on Frisk's school. However, just as always, he was too convinced of his own "greatness" to realize he was perpetuating the stereotype that school cafeterias serve horrible food. Frisk, as always, didn't say anything about this out of fear of hurting his friend's feelings. However, other students weren't as concerned about that and a young purple monster with a dark, scruffy mane of hair on her head was no exception.

"Ugh, are we ever going to get a chef on this school that doesn't suck ass?" the girl asked while rolling her eyes, as she already had the "pleasure" of tasting Papyrus' culinary "masterpieces" before.

"WELL, YOU ARE LOOKING AT ONE THAT DOESN'T SUCK, FOR I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS, UNPARALLELED SPAGETTORE!" the skeleton declared, before dipping stiff and green spaghetti onto her plate. The young monster sniffed it and her purple face temporarily turned green.

"Ugh, did you put a skunk into this?"

"NYEH HEH HEH, I WOULD NEVER DO THAT, I ONLY DIP THE MOST FASHIONABLE BOOTS INTO MY SPAGHETTI TO GIVE THEM THEIR RENOWED AROMA!"

The purple girl stared at her plate for a few seconds before she just whispered the word "Weirdo" to herself and walked away.

"ENJOY THE MEAL!" Papyrus shouted out. Next in line was a little yellow monster with brown stripes. They didn't have any arms, so they just carried the plate around in their mouth. After arriving to the counter and putting the plate onto it, their eyes brightened upon noticing who the chef was now.

"Yo, Papyrus…? Are you the new chef?!" the kid asked.

"INDEED, MY YOUNG FRIEND, IT IS I! WOULD YOU LIKE SOME OF MY SPAGHETTI?"

"Dude, why didn't anyone tell me about this?! Of course I do! Your cooking is so cool! Nyeh heh heh!"

Papyrus' smile somehow became even bigger as he put the same green spaghetti onto the kid's plate. The kid picked it up with their mouth again.

"Thanks, you are the greatest." they said through their teeth and joyfully ran off to their table.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: If you enjoyed the story (I totally understand if you didn't...), feel free to give me some suggestions/prompts for more drabbles like this. (Just a note: I don't do non-canon shippings, Lemons or anything like that)

Also, some notes about this story:

1. The purple monster is indeed Susie from Deltarune. Yes, this story takes place in the original Undertale universe, but I think that Susie does exist somewhere in there, even if she might be slightly different from her Deltarune counterpart. It's okay if you don't agree, that's just my own stupid theory.

2. The reason why Monster Kid is idolizing Papyrus in this fanfic is because when you return to Snowdin after finishing Pacifist run and talk to them, they will tell you that they don't really like Undyne anymore and that they found someone "way cooler", which they follow up with "Nyeh heh heh", suggesting that this "someone" is Papyrus.

I hope that cleared some things up.
