He stood down gazing at his two girls. His two miracles.
As one rested her sweaty, aching body on the hospital bed, he stared down that the other.
A mop of curly white blonde hair spilled from her head and around her face.
A pair of wide expressive grey eyes with hazel rims starred up adoringly at his face.
A cute little button nose that she had inherited from her mother led down into a set of rosy coloured cupid bow lips that lay slightly parted as she snuggled further into her daddy's chest.
He pulled out his wand and sent a silver otter with a young pup floating along beside it into the waiting room to alert the others. Draco starred at the two most special women in the world and wondered how he had got so lucky. Clasping the hand of the figure on the bed he looked from the chocolate brown eyes that had stolen his heart at age eleven to the eyes that had stolen his heart age twenty two,
"You did Hermione," placing a gentle kiss on her forehead, "thank you so much love."
"Welcome into this world, my beautiful beautiful Evelyn."
PS no animals were harmed in the making of this story...my cat can pay testament to this...hehe
