I can't believe that I ran away. I'm cold, hungry, and running for my life. Yes, running for my life. A snake like monster found me and started to chase me. Before I knew it, I was trapped in a cave. I wondered if Mabel still loved me. I had been gone for two days. I saw the snake monster foam at the mouth. But it wasn't spit. It was poison. I started to cry. "I'm sorry Mabel!" I yelled. I saw the snake monster spit at me, then everything went black.
When I woke up, I was bruised and cut. But I didn't care. I heard someone crying. I stumbled around, and tripped over a rock. I looked up, and saw a giant pile of rocks. I heard the crying come from there. I moved one of the rocks. I saw someone who looked familiar. "Mabel?"
