Detectives Axel Stone, Blaze Fielding and Adam Hunter were at Wood Oak Police precinct. They always arrive early to get a workout at the gym before their shift start. Blaze was working on her punches on the bag while Axel and Adam were grappling on the mat. Axel and Adam two skilled martial artists trying to submit each other. They both stand on their feet as Axel goes for a double leg takedown sending Adam to the ground. They roll around as Adam attempts to submits Axel with an armbar, but he counters and lifts Adam up and drops him on the mat freeing his arm. Axel gets on top of him as they roll again. Finally, Axel catches him with a rear naked choke forcing Adam to tap out. Afterward the two stand up and bow and hug as they are both drenched in sweat.
"Good job man." Said Axel complimenting his friend
"You know one of these days I'm gonna beat you." Said Adam
"Okay boys, it's time to hit the showers and get to work." Said Blaze
They showered and changed their clothes and went up to squad room. When they get there their Captain Tim Murphy summons them into his office.
"You wanted to see us sir?" asked Adam
"Yes. I have a real important assignment for you." Tim responded
"What is it?" asked Blaze
"I got a call from the Las Vegas District Attorney who's on old friend about a criminal operation going on out one of the casinos. So, I told him I would send three of my best detectives which are you guys to help investigate. So, are you in?" Tim asked
"Hell, yeah we are!" Said Axel
"You know I never got the appeal of Las Vegas. The over lit buildings and drunken idiots who lose their life savings in mindless gambling." Said Blaze showing her displeasure
"Oh, come on Blaze, Vegas can turn a saint into sinner." Said Axel
"We don't have to worry about that because you're already a sinner." Teases Adam
"Anyway, your flight is in five hours so I suggest that you three go home and pack." Tim ordered
A few hours later Adam was at home he finished packing and brings the suitcase downstairs. Sammy "Skates" Hunter was sitting on the couch disappointed that his was leaving and not taking him with him.
"All right bro I'm all packed." Said Adam
"Come on Adam why I can't go with you?" Asked Skates whining
"We've been over this bro; this is not a pleasure trip this is police business and besides you're way too young for Vegas." Said Adam
"I am fifteen and a half." Said Skates
"You're not going bro end of discussion. You'll be staying with the Murphy's until we get back.
Suddenly the doorbell rings and Adam answers and its Axel and Blaze come to pick up Adam.
"We better hurry up and load the car and get to the airport before we miss our flight." Said Axel
"The sooner we get there the sooner we can come back from that dreadful place." Said Blaze
"Las Vegas here we come!" said Adam
"Viva Las Vegas! Like Elvis would say" said Axel
"If they play that song on the plane I'll die" said Blaze as they all walk out.
