Also in the version, Naruto has learned kenjustu and fuinjustu from Jiraya and some samurai, also he has gained Obito's Sharingan after Madara gained the other half of the Rinnegan

Prologue
Three men stand in a barren wasteland, all panting due to the fight. one being Naruto Uzumaki, The Hero of Konoha, Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi, The Unofficial Sixth Hokage, after the fifth falling against Madara Uchiha, Traitor of the Leaf, The Second Juubi, The wielder of the Rinnegan and finally Sasuke Uchiha, The Last Uchiha, The second wielder of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
A battle of titans starts Madara in his senjutsu powered Susanoo Sasuke in his curse seal powered Susanoo, Naruto in his Kyuubi armored with Susanoo.
"Let us finish Madara." Naruto spatted out. "Let us finish our dance Uzumaki," Madara said. "Let me finish you, Madara," Sasuke said forgetting about Naruto. Then the clashing swords began.
The Battle raged on for days on. Towards the Climax, Sasuke simply stated, "Naruto take my eyes." Naruto widened, in how serious his voice was. "Alright Teme," Naruto said. Madara watched in excitement from finding a more powerful opponent. After the process was done, Obito Chakra went back into the afterlife, then Sasuke finally collapsed from chakra exhaustion. "Yes, finally a worthy opponent after Hashirama," Madara said excitedly. "Madara-teme prepare to die," Naruto said coldly as his open revealing Sasuke's EMS, Madara prepared the jutsu against Naruto, "Sage Art: Storm Release Light Fang", with Naruto dodging it then charging at Madara with a Lava Style: Rasenshuriken, Madara dodges it causing it to cut the huge tree behind him as it starts falling towards Naruto. Naruto began to move but then he starts to hear a distorted voice saying "Take me in."
"Naruto I suggest you absorb the tree so you have the power to take out Madara." A familiar voice says. 'Ok, what fuinjutsu should I use, Kurama.' Naruto said. "Use your sword to act as a medium." The now named-Kurama.'wait my sword can do that.' Naruto said with a foxy grin. "Yes can, now do it!" Kurama shouted. "Let's go." He said.
As Naruto started to absorb the God Tree, Madara tried to attack him but it didn't work as it was absorbed by the tree. "W-what are you doing Uzumaki?" Madara demanded with slight fear in his voice of the chakra boost. When the tree disappear Naruto cloaked went from a golden color to a silver color with six commas surrounding his neck, his cloak grew longer, his hair became white as did his skin grow pale. his headband came off revealing a third eye known as the Rinne-Sharingan.
In Naruto's Mindscape"Kurama what happens." Naruto said looking down his reflection seeing his third eye "W-w-what is this. why I grow a third eye and why do I have white hair and pale skin." He screamed out. "Kit shut up, let me explain." Kurama said with his 10 tails- wait, 10 tails "Kurama why do you have 10 tails." Naruto said with widened eyes. "Its because you absorb the shinju which in turn I absorbed and I also absorbed the chakra of my siblings." The tailed beast stated. "So the tree gave me this power boost and this appearance," he asked. Kurama blinked once and again, and said: "Kit, did you just say something actually smart."
"Hey, I'm smart." He said
"Sure, sure," Kurama said sarcastically. Naruto began to grumble about stupid overgrown foxes.
"Kit, I suggest you finish your battle out there."
"Oh right," Naruto said as he was about to leave his mindscape. "Wait a moment young one." a sage-like voice said. "Whos there," he said. "Old man what are you doing here," Kurama said in a surprised tone. "Kurama who is he," Naruto asked. "Kit this my creator, Hagoromo Otsutsuki or known to you humans as the Sage Of The Six Paths," Kurama stated. "Your telling this old man is a legendary figure in our history of ninjutsu," Naruto said. "Not Ninjutsu, Ninshu is what created before it was corrupted for war." The sage began. "Anyways I come to you to warn you about Zetsu and Kaguya." Before he could continue a voice interrupted him "Wait what about that blob and whos Kaguya." a goofy voice asked, "Kit, shut and you might know." The 10 tailed fox said. "Anyways Zetsu was a creation of my mother before I sealed her away due to her going mad on power. after sealing her, I had two sons Indra and Ashura. Indra possessed my eyes and talent. while Ashura possessed my body and gain his power with his hard work. Indra believed peace could achieve through power while Ashura peace could be achieved through love. But they had a chakra that allowed them to reincarnate, the first generation of reincarnation were Hashirama and Madara but when Madara so-called death he used a technique called Izanami which bends reality and the world of illusions, where he spit out the piece of Hashirama and inject himself with his DNA awakening the Rinnegan which gave to an Uzumaki boy, but now you are the reincarnation of Ashura the now deceased reincarnation of Indra was Sasuke Uchiha, you should have gained the Rinnegan when you took Sasuke's eyes but Kurama kept from appearing for it put too stress on the body." the sage explained "But what Zetsu and Kaguya." Naruto asked "Oh right, Zetsu wants to unseal my mother. Zetsu will force her power through Madara using his body as the catalyst to revive her but I wish to ask you for what your how your peace would be achieved." the sage asked. "I guess I'm really like that Ashura guy, but I will break the cycle of hatred and protect all my friends," Naruto exclaimed. The sage smile "Put out both of your arms." the sage said, Naruto did as he was asked the sage put up his hand against naruto's putting the sun and moon on his hands. "These will give you the power to seal Kaguya and I will give all the technique I know of. Now go and save the world." the sage said as Naruto left the mindscape.
On the Battlefield
'What is this chakra? is it from the Uzumaki?' Madara thought as Zetsu began his plan using the leftover chakra from the Shinju to revive his mother. "W-what is happening," Madara shouted in a surprised tone. Zetsu smirked, "I must thank for helping revive my mother." "What but you are my will," Madara shouted angrily.
"I never was." Zetsu said as Madara began to reform.
With Naruto
Catching his headband then tieing it to his shoulders both his shinboi and leaf one. As he felt his eyes blacken and then quickly reform into a Rinnegan powered Sharingan with cloak off. Looking toward Madara seeing as he began to reform into Kaguya. He created a clone to warn the alliance to get away from the battlefield.
With the Clone
As C-Naruto came upon the camp he went to find the 5 Kages. After coming up on the Kage tent he went in to find them plan there next move and gave a report about what happened on the battlefield. "Hmm, Have force retreat back and take out any remaining White Zetsus while Naruto takes on Madara or Kaguya." The Raikage stated. C-Naruto Nodded and dispelled.
With Naruto
As Kaguya to reform, Zetsu start to laugh "It over I have revived my mother and she can't be defeated." Zetsu said while laughing. "Then how was she defeated by Hagoromo." Naruto Stated. Zetsu stopped laughing "That never happened."
"Oh really now."
"Yes."
"Ok then let's find out if she can be beaten."
"You can try."
They finished their argument as Kaguya fully reformed. "Remember don't just use your Rasengan use some other Sub-Element." Kurama Said. 'Wait I can use other Sub-Elements.' He thought. "Yes now go," Kurama said
As Naruto began to power up his Six paths cloak. Kaguya began to use "Infinite Tsukuyomi" on the moon. "Come on now, that not even fair."
"Kit use Susanoo to block the moon," Kurama shouted. "Susanoo," Performing the hand seals with reinforcing it with "Wood Release: Wood Armor," After the full effect of Infinite Tsukuyomi took place. Naruto released Susanoo to find tomoes and rings on the moon. Kaguya was surprised that he was able to not be in the effect of Infinite Tsukuyomi then Naruto began to charge at Kaguya with his cloak fully powered up. As Naruto was about to hit Kaguya with a "Rasengan" she just through a portal dragging Naruto with her. Using his Truth-seeking balls to float. he began to charging at her once again but he shouted "Kage no Buinshin." 500 shadow clones appeared charging at her with "Rasengan" They all shouted taking out her left arm but she regrew her arm. Then using "All-Killing Ash Bones" As fast she could against his clones, but his sword cut through the bones pushing her back using the confusion to cut off the arm that Black Zetsu was in. Teleporting behind Kaguya to use the seals on her for only it not to work. "What, why doesn't work." Naruto shouted as Zetsu start to laugh "See I tell you it can't seal her again." Zetsu shouted. 'Naruto I fear this would happen, but there is a plan b.' a familiar voice said. 'Old man sage whats plan b' Naruto said quickly 'You must seal her inside yourself.' he said, "Old man what do you mean, why do not the seals work." Kurama said. 'There must be two people with seals, not one for it to work to seal something.' the sage said. 'Ok, then what Fuinjutsu should I use to seal- wait for the sword.' Naruto said. 'Don't use the sword.' the sage said. 'I will use the Eight Trigrams Sealing-style.' Naruto said as prepared the hand signs for it. "Eight Trigrams Sealing Style." Doing the last seal focusing on Kaguya to pull her into the seal before pulling her fully into the seal she summons all the power she can to send him to another dimension. 'Naruto, it seems you going to a different dimension. but I can release everyone from Infinite Tsukuyomi.' The sage stated before he was knocked unconscious and sent into the dimension gap.
A/N That was a long chapter before this story I wrote an original story so I probably be juggling these two stories but ya. Also, this a Yin-Yang seal Naruto with the Rinnegan powered Sharingan and Rinne-Sharingan for his third eye with Kurama as the Juubi with Shinju powers so he is really godlike real hard but next chapter will be his training session. Fixed most grammar problems, Before I start the second chapter I will fix most of the grammar problems here.
