Episode Description: SG-1 is selected to test the effects of alien tech military wristbands on human wearers, and soon find themselves blessed with spectacular strength and speed. But when they are sent on a mission utilizing these new abilities, they learn a shocking lesson about the downside of power.

This would fit in after Daniel, Carter & O'Neill go to O'Malley's and when they go on their mission… I think the "narcotic effect" the armbands gave them was more pronounced at this point.
Another stolen moment? :)

"Hey Carter, stop for a second." Jack reached out and grabbed his 2IC's wrist gently. After injuring Siler he endeavoured to be more careful when making physical contact with others.
"What is it, Sir?" She turned to face him and he looked into her beautiful blue eyes and realized there was no going back now.
"I have to apologise for what I'm about to do."
"Sir?" He gently pushed her against the wall and placed a hand on either side of her head, slowly moving his face closer to hers. He was giving her plenty of time to say no if she wanted. Instead he watched her tongue dart out and run along her lips in anticipation. Definitely no going back.
He kissed her until they were both breathless, well as breathless as they could be in their current condition. If it weren't for the fact they were on base he was sure he would have had absolutely no self-control and would have done a helluva lot more than just kiss Carter.
"Hormone levels…" She reached up and ran a hand softly down the side of his face. "They will be increased due to the-" he bent down and captured her lips once more.
"I don't care, Carter." He said when he finally pulled away again. Her pupils were dilated and he had to push himself off the wall and away from her before he did something even more reckless.
"We need to get back…" She waved down the hallway and he took pleasure in seeing her flushed cheeks. He had caused that. Within seconds they had reached Daniel and Carter threw him one last grin before turning to Daniel. It may have only been one short moment in time that he got to kiss Carter, but it was one he was going to hold onto.
