This is my fourth story so be prepared for very powerful Naruto.

After Minato Namikaze sealed the Kyuubi in his only child Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, and the Third Hokage Herizan Saratobe declared one law that if anyone tries to or succeeds in killing Naruto the sentence is death. He then took the little baby boy to the hospital, the doctor he gave him to however was one of the many people that thought Naruto was the Kyuubi incarnate. But he was no idiot, nor was he suicidal, he figured that if the boy was blind he would never be able to become a ninja. Let alone the poor kid wouldn't be able to run away from a beating if he couldn't see it. So the evil doctor used a jutsu to make young Naruto blind. However, Fate was on Naruto's side. The doctor used the wrong blinding jutsu, thanks to Doctor Ramon who dealt with the permanency. Now this specific blinding jutsu deactivates when the two senses hearing and smelling are above average. Doctor Ramon figured that the only people that needed to know this information was himself, Kurenai, and Naruto when he turned three. "Hokage-sama, I hate to inform you this but Naruto Uzumaki is blind." Said the evil doctor in a remorseful tone.
"That's alright, there are many ninja shinobe out there who are blind and are just as powerful as one who isn't, but thank you for your concern." The Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi said. Now Hiruzen didn't really care about Naruto, in fact he didn't know the boys heritage. All that old fox cared about was the well being of the village, he knew enough about seals to know what a Jinchuuriki was, and in his mind that meant a weapon. so when the evil doctor left Sarutobi summoned for Kurenai Yūhi . 'Knock, Knock.'
"Enter." The Third said.
"You wished to see me Hokage-sama?" Kurenai asked.
"I did. I understand that Kushina Uzumaki made you Naruto Uzumaki's Guardian, am I correct Ms. Yūhi?" Sarutobi asked bluntly.
"With out error Hokage-sama." She answered.
"In that case you must raise and if possible train young blind Naruto. Understood?" He asked.
"Perfectly. and I will raise and train him with honor." She replied.
"Dismissed." He said, so she left to take her charge and head home.
"This is your new home Naruto." Kurenai said to the temporarily blind young blond haired boy. "Sleep in peace my handsome charge."
