Hideki's POV ******************************************************************************************************************
Hideki was on his way home from work, when he saw it, it was a beautiful flowing gown that would suit Chii perfectly." She would love it." he thought to himself." I just have to get it for her." But his jaw literally dropped when he saw the price tag. " Aww man I could NEVER afford that." he said in a melancholy tone." But I must get it for her, some how."
Chii's POV

"Chii wonder's what Hideki wants for Christmas." she pondered as she too walked home from work." Chii, Chii, Chii, Chii..." she sang as she walked down the street window shopping. But all of a sudden she saw the perfect gift for 'the one just for her'. It was a new text book (the same kind that her and Sumomo accidentally ruined that very morning.) "Wow Hideki would be very happy if Chii got this for him." She exclaimed happily." But Chii doesn't have enough for this, but Chii has to get this for Hideki some how."

Chii and Hideki both worked very hard all that week to get each other their 'perfect gift' but neither one had any luck in their conquest.
Hideki's POV ******************************************************************************************************************
"Man I've worked double shifts all week and I still don't have nearly enough! I'll never get it on time now." he exclaimed. "Oh poor Chii she will be devastated that I couldn't get her anything and today is Christmas Eve to top it all off!"
Chii's POV ******************************************************************************************************************
"Hideki will be so unhappy with Chii." she cried. "Chii could not get Hideki his Christmas gift." "Hideki will be very sad and that will make Chii very sad too."

That night (Christmas Eve) they both got off work early and headed home and both of wondered how to tell the other that they had no gifts.
Hideki's POV ******************************************************************************************************************
"Chii do you want some hot coco?" asked Hideki "Chii!" replied Chii happily. "Okay one minute, then we can exchange gifts."
The room fell silent.
Room view ******************************************************************************************************************
Chii started to cry " Oh Hideki Chii tried to get you the perfect gift but it was too expensive." "Chii it's okay I tried to get you a gift too but it was much too expensive." "Really Hideki?" Chii asked hopefully. " Yes but Chii I think being with you is the best present I could ever receive."

So Chii and Hideki both enjoyed their hot coco and each others company as they snuggled on the couch. It was the best Christmas they ever had.
