Chapter 1
(Bella pov)
I was just getting off the plane, ugh I need sleep but I'm here now let's hope char- I mean dad recognizes me. I better get in the habit of calling him dad, that and making dinner every night. Did I mention my dad can't cook to save his life, oh well lets hope I can teach him so the days I'm not home he doesn't have to order out.
I was walking off the plane and almost tripped. Oh well I'm used to it hope I don't fall too much in the rain and snow and ice and sleek and sunshine if it ever is sunny over here.
I see char-dad darn I did it again! I think he shrank or I grew taller. "Oh hey dad over here!!" I half said half yelled. "My my you grew" I blushed "thanks dad" I said "lets get my stuff and go". "Okay sure thing sweets" he replied "lets go to the bagging claim awaaaaay!" "DAD!!!" "What can't an old man embarrass his daughter before they get into the car?""I would prefer not "I whispered yelled blushing like a tomato. "Your such a killjoy you know that bells?"Charlie said sadly "I was just trying to lighten the mood and embarrass you at the same time! Opps not supposed to say that". "Oh gosh dad let's just get my stuff so you can embarrass me privately" I muttered just so he could hear me.
I got my stuff and we headed to the cruiser. "You know if you really want to start a battle of the teaser then here goes nothing you can't cook to save your life" I replied cleverly. "Oh bad move had to pick the food didn't you? Well how about this I'm putting a roof over your head to live and cook for me! Muhahahahaha!!! I feel so powerful!" Charlie laughed manically. And that's how the rest of the car ride went just having fun with my dad and teasing and making fun of each other the whole ride home.
