The Ballad of Fire and Ice
He's fire and she's ice
Where he's warm concern
She's cold indifference
They clash
Separated by contradiction
Alone they're destruction
He burns and she freezes
You think together they'd be disaster
But they're not
When they're together
He melts the ice
And she calms the fire
A peace ensues
Imperfect perfection
And thus ends the ballad of fire and ice
When brown eyes meet blue
The fire calms
The ice melts
And they're whole
