This is my first Degrassi Junior High fic! It's Stephanie/Wheels! I wrote it in bed last night. I know I haven't written in several days, but I was sort of relaxing and doing other things... Most of which were watching Degrassi Junior High. They have entire Seasons 1 & 2 on YouTube! The whole episodes! And they're whole, not divided by parts, either! It's really great!
Anyway, here my story is!
Stephanie Kaye slipped out of the girls bathroom, ready for school. She had fifteen minutes, because she'd left early.
"Joey A Jeremiah, A for awesome," Joey said, hurrying up to her. Wheels was laughing behind him.
Stephanie rolled her eyes and smiled a bit. "In your dreams, Joey. Forget it."
Joey shook his head and shrugged. "I'm just perfect, I tell you. Right Wheels?"
Wheels laughed again, and Stephanie flashed him a dazzling smile. "Hello Wheels," she said, giggling. "Good weekend?"
"Oh yeah," Wheels said, even though Joey looked angry. "Great weekend."
"Me too," Stephanie said. "But I didn't see you at all. What were you doing?"
"Oh," Wheels shrugged. "The usual. You know."
Stephanie giggled. "Of course I know. I was just thinking maybe-if you want-we could go out this weekend?"
Wheels seemed to be considering it. Joey had left, but was spying on them from the lockers. "Yeah, okay," Wheels said. "How about we go see a movie?"
Stephanie glowed. "Really? Oh that would be wonderful."
Just then, the bell rang. Wheels turned away, but called, "I'll talk to you in an hour!"
Stephanie smiled but hung back, waiting for Heather and Erica. As they walked to class, they whispered, giggled, and discussed what Stephanie would wear.
It was going to be magical. Like nothing that had ever been before.
Did you like it? I hope so! Yes, that again. Except it may not be "again" for you because I have the feeling that this being a Degrassi story will make it be read by a whole different crowd. I don't think many Harry Potter/Star Trek/Doctor Who people watch Degrassi Junior High...
