Hello again people! I am SO obsessed with poetry lately, so here is another Family Guy poem. Trust me, I know they're weird, and somewhat different, but I like to hear how people (besides my classmates) think of my poems. Here it is. Enjoy!
Peter Griffin and James Woods stood on a mountain
They looked at the orange sky
The wind that moved the trees
James looked at Peter
"I have to go now, Peter, to my old town
The greatest town in the world
The town I was raised in and became famous
The town of Hollywood!"
"But why, James?" Peter had asked.
"Why do you have to leave
Me and my town
And have me stay with my family?"
James Wood's laid a hand on Peter's shoulder
And looked him straight in the eye
His evil, red eyes bearing pain
But instead unleashed happiness
"I'll miss you, Peter." he replied
Walking off toward the land of green
Which his blue suit was very noticeable
And he moved off toward Hollywood
"What a great actor." Peter said
To himself, admiring such a person
Until a car went
And hit James Woods
It was later found a drunk driver
Had been driving that car
And all Peter said was
"Too bad, huh?"
Funny, eh? Though, I feel like they're out of character. I don't know, you tell me. I know James Woods is dead now (SPOILER ALERT!) because of the most recent episode "And Then There Were Fewer," but I wrote this before that episode aired, if that helps any of the confusion. Well anyway, R/R and tell me if you like it at all (P.S. My little brother helped me with some of this too! He gave me the idea!)
