AN: I'm almost certain they this fanfiction is one of a kind in the Naruto world. I'm not going to go into depth about how I'm going to go about this but I'll give you one hint.. TANKS. The elemental nations are going to resemble nations in our world during World War Two except that at the Germans are not going to be the bad guys. Alliances are a part of it but not the same as in WWII. Fire is Germany. Mist is England. Lightning is the United States. Wind is Soviet Union. Earth is going to be Switzerland… Neutral for ever. (Nothing against that). Note I have not given up on the other stories but I'll probably get another friend to write one of them (or temporary hiatus) vote for your favorite out of the two written. Story won't progress this chapter. This is an essential explanation chapter.
Naruto: The tanker nin
There is a base in a city, a city surrounded by thick forest. It makes armored assaults difficult but not impossible. The world is in a tense spot. Armored vehicles are just coming around. In this city is a militarized zone known as Konohagakure (AN: I know I'm naming it the village hidden in the leaves but I want to keep the names so bases are known as villages). The defenders of the town are known as armored battalions. (AN recruit is academy, private is genin, corporal is chunin and sergeant is jonin. Hokage is general (I know it's not exactly correct but for sake of sanity and still keeping it Naruto based)). They consist of city defenders and military police. Armored company's consist of 3-5 tank crewman and are standard skirmish size forces. These forced depend on wither they are a force of privates, a force of corporals or a force of sergeants. Privates tend to do scouting missions while most fighting goes towards the more elite teams.
