Kim, Tom and Karl are late for school
One Monday morning, Kim, Tom and Karl were dozing for too long when they slept through their alarms. It got to 8am and their alarm clocks went off again. They got up panicking!
"We overslept!" exclaimed Kim, Tom and Karl. So they got up, got changed, grabbed their breakfast and the three of them ran out of the house. Me and Karl raced ahead but Kim managed to follow us behind but she was exhausted.
When they arrived at the bus stop, the bus was just approaching so they got on it, showed their bus passes to the driver and went to find their seats.
It was about 9am when they reached Chaos High. They ran inside to find their classroom so they could attend their first lesson. Kim, Tom and Karl managed to get to their first lesson but it was 5 minutes into the start of the lesson when the teacher spotted us.
"Why are you three late?" asked the teacher.
"Sorry, sir! We kinda overslept!"
"Not good enough! You three are in detention!" said the teacher. "Go to the principal's office right now!" Kim, Tom and Karl started sobbing as they left the classroom to head over to the principal's office which was down the main hall and up three flights of stairs. Kim, Tom and Karl didn't bother going up the stairs so they took the hallway lift instead. When we reached the floor where the principal's office was, we went over to the door and knocked on it. The principal's secetary opened the door. "We're here to see the principal!" said Tom. "Ok, come on through" said the principal's secetary as she led us into the office. She made us sit down on three chairs whilst she went over to inform the principal that there was students waiting. The principal ordered the secetary to bring us through. We walked into the principal's office and the principal said "Why are you three here?" "We were late for school as we overslept!" "Not good enough!" said the principal. "You were all on detention for 6 weeks!" Go to room 17 right now.
