Summary: Kosa holds his promise of bring Kopa back to his rightful home where he meets with his parents respectfully once again and learns things has change after his disappearance. He only has one little request from Kosa, for him to stay if he chooses to.
Walking in the pride lands as promise to bring Kopa home those years ago, Kosa heaves a sigh seeing his friend and crush talk with his parents who greeted him happily. What will he do now that Kopa is finally home? Closing his eyes, Kosa let the many adventures Kopa and he had during the time they meet as cubs. Him, being an older cub, while Kosa still in his cub spots only able to mew. It been hard to make sure he gotten milk for Kopa but he manage.
"Excuse me," A kind female voice spoke suddenly nearby him making Kosa turn to look at a tawny-orange pelt lioness with the similar eyes like the king and seeing his look of puzzlement she continues. "My name is Kiara and I'm Kopa's twin sister. This is Kovu a friend of mine."
That's when he notice a russet brown lion nod with a sheepish smile. Kosa returns the smile with a nod though remains silent unsure what to say.
"You have feelings for Kopa," Kovu, he thinks that's the male's name said making him stare wide eye.
Kiara grins in amusement replying quickly, "I want to thank you for helping my brother for all these years."
"Its fine," Kosa mutters looking away from the two young lions towards Kopa seeing he barely finish chatting with his parents and look in his direction.
He might as well make his good-bye quick before he goes. A part of him doesn't want to but it will have to be necessary. Kopa is the heir to the throne if he figures it right and would need an heir once he takes over.
The younger male leaves his parents side walking towards Kosa watching his twin and her companion head in the king and queen's direction to talk and just wait in the distance. Kopa smiles softly at his good friend and protector over the years.
"Thanks," He said softly.
"It's no problem Kopa," Kosa replies giving a wary smile before turning around to leave.
"Where are you going Kosa?"
"I am not that sure yet though I'll know when I get there."
"Please stay," Kopa whisper giving a pleading look only to have the gold eyes gaze into his blue ones.
"Sure as a friend," Kosa snarls more to himself.
Kopa heard the comment and gulps turning a bit red in the cheeks. He said softly, "Actually I was hoping more than a friend if that's alright with you, Kosa."
Kosa gives a soft smile that most don't see except Kopa who receives it a few rare times. He nods in reply, "I would like that."
