Meh. Just a VERY short little thingy I whipped up yesterday. It's from Toph's POV...I wrote it thinking of Sokka and Suki as being who she was talking about, but she could really be talking about anybody. It's a fan fiction for ALL *Toph* ships! XD So...yeah. I wish it was longer, I don't like putting up something so short, but whatever.

She doesn't deserve him. She really doesn't. It's not just the jealousy speaking, I know that she doesn't. She doesn't love him the way he loves her, and it breaks my heart.
It's in her voice, in her heart, every time he tells her he loves her, she returns the sentiment, but she doesn't meant it. I'm sure she puts on a smile and makes it seem like she really, truly means it, but I can tell. Her heartbeat, every time she says 'I love you,' it wavers a little.
So, I'm just waiting until the day she stops lying to him and to herself. I don't want it to be this way. I want him to be happy, even it isn't with me, but I don't want it to be with someone who doesn't truly love him. I won't interfere, I've told myself, won't let her take the easy way out. Some day, she'll tell him the truth, and I'll be there, still waiting.
Because when I tell him that I love him, my heart won't waver one bit.
Yeah. Really short, I know. I just really felt the need to write it...reviews are very much appreciated and are rewarded with cookies raining down from the sky! =D ...Okay, maybe not. Still! Reviews keep me going, man.
