Seth rolled his eyes as he handed Ryan a glass of punch. The teens were at yet another Newport party – only this one was a lot louder. Someone, and Seth's money was on the wildly dressed chick in the heavy makeup on Rick Monroe's arm, decided that Newport needed a hipper party this Christmas. Seth gave the newbie another two weeks before the Newpsies ran her out of town on a rail.
