Feliciano had his head laid on his arms, his face hidden as a smile bloomed across his face. He was listening to his German ally speak to their Japanese friend. He loved listening to Ludwig's voice, it was so deep, and such a comfort, it could easily lull him to sleep if he wasn't careful.
Looking up when he heard his name he smiled, paying attention to the conversation. Suddenly the smile fell when he realized it wasn't praise, but Ludwig talking about how frustrating he was. Feliciano frowned, knowing he wasn't the best ally to have, but he was sure he had some good traits, didn't he? He could cook great pasta, he was loveable, he even gave Ludwig massages on occasion when he was stressed and his muscles were hurting. What was wrong with him? Why couldn't Ludwig see he only pretended to be useless so he could continue to stay with him?
Sighing softly he didn't hear Ludwig's next words of love and praise, too absorbed in his thoughts to listen to the conversation anymore.
Kiku smiled at the German, wishing them luck before starting out the door, shocked to see Feliciano head bent at the table.
"Feliciano-kun? Is something wrong?"
Feliciano looked up, forcing a smile to his face.
"Nope! I'm alright ve~." Except the fact the man I love finds me a frustrating nuisance.
Kiku studied him, knowing he was lying. But if the man didn't want to tell him what was wrong, he knew when to leave and not ask about it again.
"I'm going to go home now, have a good evening Feliciano-kun."
"Ve~ already leaving? How sad…alright Kiku! Have fun with Yao-nii-chan!"
Kiku blushed red at the implication, realizing Feliciano wasn't quite as innocent as he put out, judging by the smirk on his face. Leaving quickly, his face still red he thought about the things Ludwig had said and silently prayed it would work out.
The blonde moved so he was behind the redhead, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Is something wrong Feliciano? You're oddly quiet, its slightly unnerving."
"Ve~ I'm fine Luddy. I promise." Feliciano said softly.
"I don't believe you, but I'm not going to push it. You have your reasons for acting like this I'm sure." Ludwig stood to his full height and moved to the kitchen, the slight Italian watching him go. He would continue to act useless, if it meant he could stay close to the German. With that in mind he ran to the kitchen, throwing his arms around Ludwig, and kissing him happily. Ludwig smiled softly and kissed him back, chuckling into the connection.
"Ve~ Ti amo Ludwig."
"Ich liebe dich auch Feliciano."
