I don't own Danny Phantom

Danny woke up to his alarm going off. He rolled over and turned it off, and closed his eyes again before he remembered what day it was and shot out of bed. Halloween was coming up, and he was determined to win the annual Casper High costume contest. He, Sam, and Tucker were doing a group theme this year, and what better theme for team Phantom than ghosts?

"Going ghost," Danny said, summoning his transformation rings. Soon, in his place stood none other than his alter-ego, Danny Phantom. He ate breakfast quickly, and was about to leave for school when he heard a loud crash and a shout.

"GHOST!" Jack shouted, bursting into the kitchen with an ecto-gun. Maddy ran in behind him.

"Jack, no! That's Danny, remember? He and his friends are dressing up like ghosts for the costume contest."

"Oh, yeah," Jack said sheepishly. "I knew that."

"I'm leaving, don't wanna be late," Danny said.

"Have fun at school!" Maddy called.

"I will!" Danny called back. Once he was out the door and away from his parents he took off and flew to school. He landed invisibly behind a tree, and when no one was looking, turned visible and walked into the school.

Once inside, Danny was greeted by Sam and Tucker. The two of them were dressed as ghosts as well. Tucker was dressed as Technus, with his skin painted green and the bottom part of a mop as his hair. Sam had dressed as Skulker. Recently, the trio had captured Skulker without his suit on, and with a few modifications by Tucker, turned it into Sam's Halloween costume.

"Dude, I can't believe you're actually doing this. What if someone realizes that the two of you actually look really similar?" Tucker said.

"They'll be too focused on your mop hair to even notice him," Sam said, poking him.

"Hey look at that! Fen-turd thinks he's as cool as Phantom. We should fix that," Dash said, grinning evilly. He picked Danny up by the front of his jumpsuit and shoved him into his locker, slamming the door shut in his face.

"By the way, your costume sucks," he said. Then, him and his gang, all dressed like pro football players, walked away laughing. Sam waited until they'd turned the corner and nobody else was around before she called to Danny.

"The coast is clear." Danny phased out of his locker.

"Somehow I don't think my secret identity is going to be a problem."
