A Sequel to Romeo and Juliet Based on a Weird Dream I Had.

A/N: Ah, Shakespeare overload. We were doing Romeo and Juliet in English class last year and I started to think in iambic pentameter… I wrote this during first period when I wasn't quite entirely awake and my dream was fresh in my mind. I'm afraid I'm not going to continue it cause I don't know where it's going. But enjoy anyway!

Chorus: The Lovers died, and now the play is done

But what happened next has just begun

Benvolio, not seen since Tybalt's death

Had just seen Lady Montegue's last breath

When he first heard the news of Romeo's fate

For he had done too little far too late

He blames himself, the party was his plan

Where Romeo and Juliet began

Their tale of love; First kiss, first speech, first dance

Where they began their ill fated romance

And meanwhile, Lord Capulet is dead

His lady found him murdered in his bed

And yet his lady hardly seemed to cry

She used her husband's words: "We're born to die"

And if the Nurse's testimony's true

It seems she wants to marry Montegue!

Although the famous Shakespeare plot is done

It's obvious the action's just begun

Scene I: Enter Benvolio, Peter, Servants

Benvolio: Peter, do you serve late Capulet?
Peter: 'Tis true, I do

Ben.: What do you know of fair maid Roseline?
Peter: I know she's fair as you did say before

Ben.: She told Romeo that she would live chaste

Peter: She laughed heartily with her maids on that

Ben: What say'st thou? Tell me, what do you mean?

Peter: I speak in truth, she has no such intent

Ben: She plans to marry then? Why spoke she false?
Peter: It seems she didn't care for him at all.

Ben: Although it's rude, it's understandable.

For Romeo could be quite emotional

At times he tended to find elation

In e'en a dull and mundane conversation

And he could mope about for days and weeks

If a woman poorly of him speaks

But so is love. Tell me, Shall Roseline wed?

What do you know of her you've not yet said?

Peter: Good sir, I know quite little, I'm afraid

But I am sure she is, of yet, a maid

Ben: My thanks, Sirrah, much help you've proved to be

If you hear more of this, come first to me.

Peter: Fear not, I will.

A/N: Well that's all folks! Um…that was odd. But review anyway!
