Immature

Reno often wondered how he had fallen for the young ninja. She was annoying, snored very loudly in bed, and was very immature. Right now, the young ninja was having a belching contest with Denzel and Marlene. Belching the loudest burp that Reno had ever heard, Yuffie then slammed her soda can down in triumph.
"No child can beat the Great Ninja Yuffie!" She exclaimed. Marlene and Denzel muttered about her being older than them and therefore having an advantage. "Why don't you guys run along and see if Tifa will have a belching contest with you, huh?" The kids then ran off, knowing that the bartender would not dare try to beat them for fear of hurting their feelings. Yuffie walked up to Reno, who was lounging on the couch. She plopped down next to him and snuggled into his chest. "Reno, what's wrong? I noticed you checking me out earlier and you looked troubled."
"I'm just wondering what you like about me. I mean we're totally different and yet here we are, together."
"We're not totally different. Elena told me about all the pranks you pull on her every day."
"Those are different; I just like to mess around with Elena." Reno tried to argue.
"Anyway I like you because you're sexy, have killer eyes, and a smoking hot body."
"So it's just superficial?" Yuffie laughed and wrapped her arms around her boyfriend's waist.
"No, the real reason is because you care so much. When I first met you I thought you were some cold blooded killer but then I saw you taking care of Marlene and Denzel and I realized 'There's someone who I could fall in love with'. The rest of the stuff I mentioned is icing on the cake." Reno hugged her back.
"I must admit babe you don't have the fuller figure I like in my women, you can't cook, and your attitude is kind of childish." Yuffie glared at him but Reno kept on talking. "But despite all that I guess that when I'm with you I feel safe, like I have a home. I don't feel safe very often except when I'm with you." Yuffie's glare softened and she kissed him deep on the lips. Before Reno could return the kiss a sound cut through the midday silence.
BURRRRPPPPPP! Reno and Yuffie jolted up and ran towards the place where they thought the belch originated from. Tifa was standing behind the bar counter, her face redder than Nanaki's fur. Marlene and Denzel were laughing until tears fell out of their eyes. Cloud was in the doorway of Seventh Heaven and glanced at his girlfriend with a raised eyebrow.
"Man Tifa I didn't know you were that immature." The twice savior of the planet said, walking up to his bedroom. Tifa ran after him, trying to explain that it was just a game. Yuffie and Reno laughed until the redhead kissed his girlfriend on the lips again, causing Marlene and Denzel to run out of the room in disgust. Yep, Yuffie was just the girl for Reno.
