Deliverance
The child sniffed cradling two small toys to her chest carefully making sure none of her crimson blood stained the plastic armour of the figures. She shakily kissed the masks of the toys like she did when ever the six year old felt like she needed luck. These two where her favourite.
"Why do you like them so much?" it was the voice, she liked the voice it sounded like what she thought her dad should sound like when he hadn't been drinking the bitter stuff, it also sounded like what her mom might sound like if she hadn't been pricking herself with the slivery thing or sniffing the white stuff.
"I like Twakawuva cause he don't got no place he belong like me, and I like Kowaka cause he stays calm and don't let nothing bother him." The girl yawned, why was it so hard to stay awake?
"Stay with me a little while longer little one." She rubbed her eyes yakking at the blood that transferred from her hand to her face. She frowned as a few stray drops of blood from the disfiguring wounds on her face dripped on to Kopaka's pristine white mask, she grabbed a bit of her tattered shirt and whipped it off. The wounds didn't bother her she had learned yearly on how to ignore the pain.
"What would you say if I could take you away from here?" the girl smiled.
"I would wuv you forever and ever." She said yawning again black shadows creeping at the edge of her vision.
"Even if it put you in the greatest of danger?" the girl nodded starting to shiver, so hard to stay awake...
"Sleep now little one, you will see when you wake." And with that, Catherine 'Catty' Roseanne Hughes breathed no more.
Having a few problems with Beast Within so when this plot bunny attacked I welcomed it.
What can I say it's hard to write a intimidated werewolf, and don't get on at me for the spelling when Catty talks she's six she finds it hard to pronounce things like the Toa Nuva's names (ALL of their names Tahu and the others are going to get funny names from Catty just as much as Taka and Kopaka are)
