Prologue:

"Please, just one more chance. This is the last time- I promise!" She begged holding on to his shirt, tears soaking her face. Her heart almost giving up on her. "T-then I'll stop everything!" She promised but it didn't make her feel better. Her pride was gone- she'd left it for him.

He stared at her. There was no way he was going to believe her. After what she'd done, forgiving her- much less giving her a chance was ridiculous. How can he give her a chance when all she did was make his life a mess and take something- someone- he loved away from him. She was selfish, inconsiderate- he could name more but if giving her this chance will make her leave his life, then, he'll do it.

"Please," she pleaded, her breath uneven but she couldn't let him hear it. Keeping her little amount dignity was all the least she could do, "Two weeks!" She exclaimed, the shortest amount of time she could think of just to stay with him.

He looked at her, hesitant and unsure. "...Two weeks. No more than that. In exactly two weeks- you'll stop. Everything will be over." Two weeks? The duration seemed so long. He had no idea if he was going to last for that long with her.

A small smile formed her lips and she nodded, "T-two weeks." She managed a small smile even though her heart had already dropped to Tartarus. He nodded, no idea what to say. She nodded again meekly, in agreement.

She was happy, excited, overjoyed. So why was her hands trembling? Out of all the days out there, she chose only two weeks. Something too short for her. She'd wanted to choose something longer- change the agreement perhaps. But she didn't want him to change his mind.

He left the park first while she stayed there. Staring at the ground. During the two weeks, she wanted him to have a good time. She wanted to stay with him, beside him all the time. Besides, since no one would even want to stay with her. She had to force and beg and blackmail. All she wanted was someone to stay, no matter how hard it is to be with her.
