Author's note:
To tell you the truth I didn't know what came over me but this scene appeared in my head.
Yep...this story is an Alternate Universe A.K.A AU
I'm new to this fandom, by the way...
and the title...to be honest...I just learned little grammar of Hymmnos...
"Fou Paks Wa..." if it literally translated (by me, which is no expert) means "I can Handle this Little Nervousness of..." well... if any of my readers know it's better meaning...please forgive my bad translation.
Warning: this story might contain OOCness, typos, grammatical errors, and lack of description
Disclaimer: own nothing of Ar Tonelico
Single Chapter: Fou Paks Wa...
The breeze was calming. Brushing the grassy hill beneath.
One step sucked it dry, the calming breeze turned into a havoc tornado. It felt that way.
"…"
"…"
Both notice each presence, for the boy had just arrived to the grassy hill, and the girl was not deaf to hear his careless footsteps. For the girl stopped day dreaming and the boy stopped his steps abruptly.
"..."
"…"
Both froze, One was surprised, one was annoyed. Another breeze, this time rather awkward, brushing the grassy hill beneath. Like it had done for countless time today.
"…"
"…"
The boy sat down next to the girl. Lying himself down, hands acted as pillow at the back of his head, a foot stretched, the other was bent to support him from sliding down the grassy hill.
"…"
"…"
She was glad, the girl was glad since the boy didn't try to exchange dialogues. Therefore she closed her eyes.
But…
His presence alone brought chill to her spine and butterfly to her stomach and rampage to her heart.
Why was that? She used to be alone. No. She must bealone.
"…"
"…"
The girl shift uncomfortably hugging her knees tighter. The boy opened his eyes gazing at the sky…and the girl, through his peripheral vision.
"I ditched a class…"
"…ahm…"
The girl cursed for her disability to suppress expression when she needed the most. He heard her gasped…or at least that what she thought. The boy thought she was humming.
"I ditched Frelia-sensei's class. I'm not those who can sing."
"…"
"I just don't get her lesson."
"…"
"That's why I'm here. This is my spot and you just happened to be here today Togasaki-san—"
"—wha—"
"—and I don't intend to bother anyone!"
Her intense glare did strike the boy's heart. But the boy remained unfazed…somehow.
"think...consider me as another blowing breeze..."
The girl breath returned to normal then fixed her stare to where she previously stared...nothingness...
So, the boy knew who the girl was. Then why was he here? Why not running away like other students did? Or perhaps he didn't know the risk for getting to close to her? but he had said that he don't intend to bother anyone-urk... Why did she questioned his action to herself? What kind of profit would she gain by answering those questions?
The boy had said,he often came here when he had Frelia's...
and he was not here to bother her…
The girl mentally slapped herself for getting so worked up.
'…That's what matters…as long as he didn't create any contact...that is all that matters...'
Another breeze passed through. The boy closed his eyes, returning to his sleep. The girl closed her eyes, returning to her day dream. Until the school security's fury woke them at dusk…
