Just some previews of the story I'm writing. It's about Jasper and a human girl. These may or may not end up being the actual parts, seeing as how I'm most likely going to change the wording at some point or I might want to go in a different direction, but this is just the gist of what is to happen. And I bet some of you are asking; is this going to be like Bella & Edward? Yes and no. Yes, Jasper falls in love with a human girl. And no because lots of parts are different. The ending is different & the middle is the different. The beginning might remind you a bit of the beginning of 'Twilight' but it'll quickly morph into it's own story, don't worry. :)
--------One year. It's been one whole, painful year without Alice. But not a second goes past without her voice singing crystal clear in my head.
--------
"Jasper, are you…are you under control?" Edward asked carefully as I held in my breath, my head swimming with her sweet, delicious smell. The blood-craving vampire in me was growling loudly, trying to be heard and let loose. Edward shot me an understanding look as he gripped my forearm and ushered me quickly out of the school.
-------
"I'm Jasper Cullen." I politely smiled at her as I tasted her mood. She wasn't scared, only confused.
"Uhm," She paused as she looked up at me. She shook her head once. "I'm Megan. Megan Brown." I felt a smile come to my face. Such a common name for such a beautiful, twisted human.
---------
"Are you scared?" I asked her, looking into her shocked eyes. She shook her head feebly as I traced her wrist delicately.
"I am." I whispered.
--------
"He what?!" I howled as Megan rubbed her bruised arm quietly. She waited until I calmed down a bit, anxious as I subsided to a few growls.
"Jasper," She whispered. "It's not important. It's nothing. I'm used to it, don't worry." She offered a weak smile and scooted closer to me. I could still feel how scared she was. "I'll be okay."
But he won't be when I'm done with him. I promised myself as I allowed her to wrap her arms around me.
--------
A growl rippled through my body as paced the locked and protected room. I could already hear Rosalie's words singing in my head if I got out of this alive.
I told you she wasn't worth this, Jasper. I told you…I howled loudly, teeth bared as I kicked and pummeled the walls. Nothing. I wasn't sure of what was making the walls so strong a vampire couldn't escape but it was working perfectly at keeping me away from her. I was still planning escape when I heard a scream just a few rooms over, calling out my name desperately. I would have known that scream anywhere.
My attempts to break out turned frantic as I backed up and ran into the wall at full force, trying to find a weak spot. Nothing.
"JASPER!" She screamed again. In one last desperate attempt, I rammed into the wall and to my shock, it crumbled. When I looked up, I came face to face with the absolute single worst scenario I had imagined.
---------
"Jasper? Why won't you talk?" Esme rubbed an anxious hand to her forehead. I could feel how concerned she was but instead of comforting her I sighed and glanced back out the window.
----------
Well, I have most of the story planned out. So yay! Haha.
Yes, it's rather depressing in parts. But there will be happy parts. :D
Anyways, review! Please, oh please? I need some encouragement if I'm going to continue. :)
