Andrew laid down on the couch. Both Summers sisters were currently out of the house. Having nothing else to do he sat around and watching TV. After watching the whole Dresden Files series and the rerun episode of Sponge Bob that was playing, he finally got bored and turned on his Ipod.

As Andrew listened to the song, flashes of images appeared in his mind. Him being called pathetic by a cheerleader when he was in school. When he first met Jonathan who had been sitting down at a park bench, looking ready for a vampire to come and make him a snack. Warren smashing Katrina over the head with the bottle. Warren lying and saying he loved him. Him and Jonathan running for their life's. Him being caught a year later by Willow. Being a verbal and literal punching bag for the SIT. Jonathan being left out from the plans, just sitting there knowing something was going on behind his back. Warren going to the bar to pick out their rape victim. The slayer staring at him, not knowing who he was. Jonathan with a knife in his chest.
Click. The song changed. The memories still flashed though.

Cordelia Chase standing around with her groupies, mocking his clothes and calling him poor. Being pushed into a locker. Jonathan coming to him hysterical and bringing a gun to school the next day. Tucker training his Hell Hounds. Warren hitting Buffy.
He sat up hearing the door open. He switched off his Ipod.
"Hey Andy." Buffy and Dawn smiled at him. "Whatcha been doin?"
Andrew slowly smiled. This was Rome, not SunnyHell. Good things could happen to him here.
"Been watching that boring Trek show again?"
