It was a sad day at Hogwarts. You'd be inclined to think that it would be a happy day, what with the Graduation and all. But, no, on this day Ginny Weasley would have been a fully trained, 17-year-old witch. However, a few weeks ago, her boyfriend and she were in a car accident. Ginny didn't survive.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. And Mrs. Weasley, we are all grieving and one, who is grieving especially so, would like to show his feeling with a song he wrote, explaining the night when a fine girl was taken from us." Professor Dumbledore said, tears shining in his eyes. He stepped off the stage as a boy of 18 stepped on, the light shining off of his blonde hair. He was carrying a guitar in his hand. Everyone was looking at Draco Malfoy.

Draco sat down, tears were evident in his eyes, he sniffed and then he began to play.

"Oh, where oh where can my baby be The lord took her away from me She's gone to heaven so I've got to be good So I can see my baby when I leave this world.

He had everyone's attention now. Most people were crying, holding onto one another, and comforting each other. Draco had no one to comfort him now, thinking about that night just made that fact even more painfully obvious. However, he closed him eyes and continued to tell the events of that horrid night.

"We were out on a date in my daddy's car We hadn't driven very far There on the road straight up ahead A car was stalled the engine was dead I couldn't stop so I swerved to the right I'll never forget the sound that night The screaming tires, the busting glass The painful scream I heard last

Tears were streaming down Draco's closed eyes, as they were everyone else's.

"Oh where, oh where can my baby be The Lord took her away from me She's gone to heaven so I've got to be good So I can see my baby when I leave this world

"When I woke up the rain was pouring down There were people standing all around Something warm flowing through my eyes But somehow I found my baby that night I lifted her head she looked at me and said 'Hold me darling for a little while.' I held her close I kissed he our last kiss I found the love that I knew I would miss Well now she's gone even though I hold her tight I lost my love my life that night

Draco's voice had begun to crack when he reached the second to last line. He was just now reaching the acceptance stage of grief. He was crying so hard now, he just barley managed to get out the last part of the song.

"Oh where, oh where can my baby be The Lord took her away form me She's gone to heaven so I've got to be good So I can see my baby when I leave this world.

As the song ended, Draco leaned over his guitar, put his head in his hand, his elbow resting on his knee, and cried harder then ever. All of a sudden Ron Weasley, whose hate for Draco had only grown after the accident, stood and began to clap. Tears were streaming down his face. Draco looked up at him, and saw the sad smile that Ron gave him and he returned. Soon after, the population of the room joined Ron.

As Draco looked out at all of the people, clapping and crying, He thought of Ginny and how she would have blushed and smiled. This thought made Draco smile, "I love you, Ginny." He whispered out into the air.

"I love you too, Draco." He heard whispered into his ear. He didn't even turn, he just smiled, knowing Ginny would be waiting for him. **************************************************************************** **************** Well that's it.
