Hello, my name is Kira Aurelia Ford. I was born about six thousand years ago on June 27 to Zordon and Dulcea on the planet Phaedos but was sent to 1984 in the future on Earth to the small town of Laguna Beach, California, several days after my younger brother, Tanner, being born. We were soon adopted by a wonderful couple, Damon Ian Ford and Cassandra Hope Montgomery, who were unable to have children of their own.
On my fifth birthday, my family, Tan and I were attacked, while on vacation in Angel Grove, by Tommy Oliver, who was working for Rita Repulsa at the time, because she wanted to raise Tan and I to be evil and help her take over the Universe.
Luckily for us, Jason Lee Scott, Kimberly Ann Hart, Trini Kwan, Zack Taylor and Billy Cranston arrived and managed to prevent Rita from suceeding in her plans but at the cost of our family's lives.
A few weeks later, Tan and I were taken in by the Harts, Cecilia and Krisopher, while Hunter, the only member besides us to survive, was adopted by the Bradleys.
And thus our destiny as the Guardians of the Galaxy began.
