Chapter one: Turn of event.
April O'neil was just getting off the cab, with her suit case and a big cake box.
Getting into the elevator, she looked at her C-shel.
- We're right outside the window. Leo texted her.
- Great! She replied.
In a few minutes, midnight will ring, her long time boyfriend Casey Jones would be 28 years old. April the the boys had planned a birthday party for him. She was out of town a few day earlier and made him believe that she wouldn't make it back for his birthday. It was a little lie, but she was coming the night before.
Getting off to her floor, she walked to her door and got her keys out of her purse, unlocking the door silently. Silently walking in, April lets her suit case by her shoes and dropped the cake on the table.
Walking on her toes toward the window, she quietly opened letting the four brothers come in.
"Hi April!" Say Mickey loudly. He was suddenly hit not he shoulder but his older brother.
"Mickey. Don't ruin the surprise." Scolded Leo.
April smiled, grabbing Mickey's hand and whispered in his ear, "Hi, Mickey".
Donatello jumped out of the window fallowed by Raphael. The purple brother gave her a smile and a hand shake while Raphael simply gave her a nod.
"Hi guys, Casey is sleeping in my room, can you guys get the candles and hats ready?"
Excited, Mickey raised his hand immediately, swinging it left and right. Leo rolled his eyes.
"No Michelangelo. Donnie will take care of it." He ordered.
Mickey pouted and went to sit don't on the couch with Ralph who laugh at him.
April walk silently on her wooden floor toward her bedroom.
Once she reached the door, she slowly opened it and walked in. Surprise to see that he had fallen asleep with the lights on. It was unusual for him to do so, April lost in though when suddenly a scream woke her from her thoughts.
"Kyaa!" A feminine voice hit her ears as she looked toward her bed seeing something that shocked her Beyond anything. She grabbed her chest, feeling like her heart had stoped beating.
Casey jones, her boyfriend of 6 years was in bed with a other woman. She recognized her right away. She was from Casey's workplace, she was the company secretary. Angela was her name, blonde and big chested with no brains.
Jones eyes where on April, looking like a dear in head lights. He was so busted.
The only thing April could do was to stare at the scene without saying a word.
Jones could see in her blank face the anger and sadness he had just caused her.
"April, babe let me explain…" Casey try to say has he got up naked covering himself with one of her small pillow. The woman grabbed the blanket ran to grabbed her clothes and escaped in the master bedroom's bath room to get dressed.
Both April and Casey stared at each other in silence.
