Naruto had been on the desk glaring at Sasuke when one of the students behind him made some sort of wild hand gesture while narrating a story he was telling his friend, accidentally knocking Naruto over. The unbalanced Naruto ended up landing on Sasuke face first, their lips somehow being the parts of their faces that connected rather than their foreheads due to the angle at which Naruto had fallen. The whole room stared in stunned silence as the two boys' lips pressed together. In later retellings of the incident, at least half the witnesses would swear there was tongue in the moments before the boys leapt apart and started furiously scrubbing at their mouths. Sakura, the nearest member of Sasuke's fanclub had been winding up to be the first to punch Naruto when the window abruptly shattered.

A small something that was moving too quickly to clearly seen ran straight at Sakura, knocked her on her ass and incapacitated her in a few swift strikes. That fast moving something then turned around and attacked Sasuke.

"Stay away from MY Naruto you red-eyed Uchiha freak!" the small something which turned out to be a little Hyuuga girl who was practically the spitting image of Hyuuga Hiashi yelled while Sasuke tried to defend himself from her furious attacks.

"Hanabi. Hanabi! HANABI!" Hinata called, futilely trying to stop her little sister before something happened and she got hurt in her fight with the Rookie of the Year. Hanabi completely ignored her, but her uncharacteristic loudness caused the entire class to turne to her in stunned shock, which in turn caused her to curl in on herself due to all of the attention.

Due to the class being focused on Hinata, nobody noticed the lucky Juken strike that Hanabi got in, leading to another and another in rapid succession. By the time the class lost interest in Hinata since she wasn't doing any more interestingly out of character things and remembered there was supposedly a fight going on, it was all over.

As one, the class looked at the seven year-old girl who stood over the Last Uchiha who lay prostrate on the floor, looked down at Sasuke, and then looked, back at the girl who defeated him.

After several moments of silence, there was a loud squeal that seemed to be a collaborative effort between just about every Kunoichi in the room. This seemed to be the signal for every female and even a few of the males to run to the front of the room where Hanabi was standing over her defeated opponent who was too busy clutching his groin to say or do anything else.

Hanabi, rather than looking fearful at being surrounded by Sasuke's fanclub, moved into a Juken pose and readied herself. Completely unnoticed by the group, Hinata did the same, prepared to jump into the fray and defend her little sister.

"Hinata! Why didn't you tell me you had such an adorable baby sister?!" One of the most rabid members of Sasuke's fanclub asked, not even noticing that she was currently standing on Sasuke's head.

"How could you hide this from us Hinata? She's the most precious thing ever!" one of Sasuke's other fangirls, who was standing on Sasuke's legs and completely unaware of the fact exclaimed.

Feeling suddenly put upon, Hinata stood there going "Um, Um, Um...". Hanabi on the other hand looked uncertain as to whether she should defend herself or bask in the attention that was obviously her due.

Three hours later:

"Where's Sasuke?" Kakashi asked when he came to pick up his team and noticed there were two of them.

"He's in the hospital." Sakura replied.

"I think the thing that got hurt most was his pride!" Naruto exclaimed. "He just lost his fanclub because he got beaten up by a little girl!"
