/So this is my first ever story that I had in my head for a few days now. I hope you like and if you could leave a review that would be amazing.

Lily woke up early one morning with a strange feeling in the bottom of her stomach. She quickly got out of bed and changed into a pair of jeans, t-shirts, and a pair of flats to get down to the Great Hall. She couldn't understand why but something was wrong and she needed to figure out what it was. She didn't bother waking James up she was to stuck in her head.

When she got down to the Great Hall she was one of the few people there. She went over to her normal spot where she grabbed the Daily Prophet. She looked down at the head line and felt ever never in her body go completely numb. She stud up trying to keep her composure. When she looked back down at the paper she lost it. Falling to her knees and covering her face as she cried. She looked up when she felt a hand on her shoulder. When she saw that it was Severus something in her snapped.

"Don't touch me you slimy git!" Lily yelled at her former best friend. She stud up and pushed him away with all of her emotions coming to the surface. "It's your fault that they are gone! You told them didn't you?" She screamed at him. She didn't know why she was doing it but it was something that was bound to happen. "I hate you and what you have become you filthy lousy Death Eater." She screamed and ran out of the Great Hall and past James who saw the whole thing.

She didn't know where she was running too but she stopped when she got to the prefects bathroom. She went in and fell to her knees again and just cried letting everything that just happened really hit her. James walked in and sat down next to her and just held her as she cried whispering calming words wanting to be there for her.

"Why James, why did they do that to them?" She looked up at him with tears streaming down her face. He didn't say anything because she really didn't want answer. He just held her tight her and let her cry until she fell asleep. He carried her to their room and laid her down on their bed. He sighed knowing how hard it was to lose your parents and he knew she would need time and he would be there for her because he loved her.
