Chapter 1: Connecting with your sidekick

Step 1: Talk to your sidekick (Superman this means you)
Having a true conversation is important to connecting with your sidekick. If you never speak to him you will never connect. So grow a pair and TALK TO HIM.
Step 2: Help your sidekick vent
If you do not let your sidekick vent he will most likely blow up in anger and run away. Then he will pursue to being a hero with a name similar to yours, fall in love with a villain, impregnate said villain, have said child name it Lian, lose an arm, and become an anti-hero.
Step 3: Train Sidekick
A great way to connect is by training with you. I can't stress this enough only YOU can help him and train him because you are his mentor. No girlfriend or friend's girlfriend can do that.
Step 4: Call Martha Kent
This step applies for Superman only if none of these steps work, call his mother
