-Since Halloween is on a Saturday this year I really want a Sonic Boom Halloween special. This is an idea based on how I think they'd actually do it. (No Werewolf Sonic. :() My actual idea is not suited for the show and more "Original Sonic X" type. Sticks is not in here because she seems to have died. She is not in most of the episodes anymore and not really a main part of the show as I have observed.
I also wanted to put Shadow in but i'm starting to think there isn't a chance he's appearing. :(-
It was October 31st and the villagers were all still getting ready for Halloween at the last minute. They were all running around for costumes, candy and decorations while the resident heroes were setting up for the Halloween party that they were throwing that night.
"Hey Knuckles can you hand me some of those black and orange streamers please?" Amy asked as she blew up pumpkin balloons and set them aside.
"Sure Amy, here." Knuckles grabbed the rolls of streamers and handed them to Amy. Knuckles himself was putting up decorations outside Sonic's hut. He had already put up gravestones, spider webs and rubber zombies that look like they're digging their way up out of the ground around the front and was moving towards the back with more.
Amy was also making a lot of special Halloween themed food. She had made pumpkin candied apples, cat litter cake and gummies that looked like actual fingers and other body parts like toes, hearts and eyeballs. The living room and kitchen of Sonic's hut was decked out in spooky décor. Skeletons, bats and spiders hung from the ceiling while there were coffins with fake corpses in them along with fake cobwebs and spider web tablecloths.
Sonic was in his room trying on his costume. He sported a black tuxedo with a white dress shirt underneath and bowtie. For the first time in a long while he took off his brown bandana and set it on the bed. He wrapped a black popped collared cape with red on the inside around him, tied it at his neck and put a spiked medallion with a red jewel in the middle over the tied cape. He had already put in red contacts and put cheap fake plastic fangs in his mouth. He crept out of his room towards Amy. He slithered up behind her.
"Bleh! I vant to suck your blood!" He shouted at her.
Amy spun around and let out a tiny screech but then started to laugh when Sonic's fangs fell out of his mouth.
"Sonic, your costume looks wonderful, the fangs could be better though. I'll go get my costume on before people start coming over."
Amy got up and left to go to her hut to get her costume on. Sonic watched as Knuckles fixed up the rest of the house and Tails did the electrical work for the automated decorations and stereo system for the music.
Over at her hut Amy put on a Candy Corn Witch costume complete with candy corn themed jewelry and wand. She looked at herself in the mirror.
"I'm sweet as sugar!" She said to her reflection.
Amy waved her wand around and played for a moment before going back to Sonic's house to wait for the party to start and to make sure anyone wasn't eating the party food. The decorations were all set up and the music started as some of the guests arrived. By the time 7:00 p.m. rolled around there were only 10 people there counting Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy. Tails walked over to Sonic and smiled. Tails was dressed as a mad scientist.
"So how do you think I did on the stereo and animatronics Sonic? This party is fun." He asked.
"Call me Count Sonic tonight buddy and you did a great job, really spooky. The music is cool too."
Tails laughed. "All right Count Sonic our Dark Lord."
Sonic let him go get some food from the table.
Amy mingled with the villagers, talking about what they were up to. Knuckles was dressed as Dr. Frankenstein's monster and was getting a cup of punch. The party was going well and the hosts were proud of it. The attendance number was a bit small but that was all right, they were on an island and the town wasn't really that densely populated.
In contrast to the booming party over at Sonic's hut, Eggman's lair was quite lonely. Hardly any decorations were up and Orbot and Cubot were waiting at the door in costume for trick or treaters.
"Hey, why don'cha think anyone's coming?" Cubot asked while adjusting his rabbit ears.
"Maybe it's because everyone is afraid of and doesn't like the Doctor." answered Orbot sadly.
"Or maybe it's because his candy doesn't taste good. I still wish I could eat it though." Cubot replied while throwing candy into his own face.
Orbot put down his candy bowl and went to go find Dr. Eggman. He found Eggman on the couch watching old horror movies and laughing.
"Doctor, no one is coming to trick or treat." Orbot told him.
Eggman paused his movie and turned to look at his creation.
"Good, more treats for me then."
"But sir, the treats are for the children and you don't really look like you need more."
Eggman got up out of the couch and glared at Orbot.
"Shut up!" He yelled while trying to kick the robot but failing miserably and kicking the coffee table instead.
"OWWW!" Eggman howled in pain while holding his foot.
Suddenly he heard commotion coming from one of the huts outside the village.
"What is that noise?" He asked annoyed.
"Sonic and his friends are having a Halloween party boss!" Cubot answered.
"They're having a Halloween party and didn't invite ME?!" Eggman asked furiously.
"It's probably because you're always out to destroy them. If I was them I wouldn't invite you either." Orbot commented.
Eggman glared at him and Orbot shielded himself from another kick. Eggman stomped into his lab area and began working.
Later at 11:30 the party was still going strong, The midnight hour was close at hand and then the day would change to November 1st. Sonic and Knuckles were sparring while Tails was almost asleep.
"So you think you're better than me Count Dorkula?" Knuckles taunted. "I could knock you all the way to the middle of the ocean."
Sonic jumped and caught Knuckles' fist and brought his arm around to his back while knuckles clawed at Sonic's face.
"Boy's who wants some bat brownies?" Amy asked.
Sonic and Knuckles stopped their play fight and were about to take a brownie when a giant spider robot smashed through the wall.
"Ha ha!" Eggman laughed as the spider tore through the walls.
Sonic and the others dropped what they were holding and went into a fighting stance.
"What is your problem Eggman?" Amy asked. "We spent hours decorating and you ruined it!"
Eggman sent out tiny robotic baby spiders all around the inside of the hut. The villagers screamed in terror and started running out of the hut. Sonic growled; his fangs fell out on the floor.
"He he, some vampire you are Sonic, you can't even keep your fangs inside your mouth." Eggman teased.
Amy brought out her candy corn decorated Piko Piko Hammer and started smashing the little robots while Tail's flew up and tried to override the system. Sonic jumped under the robot and started trying to tangle the legs up while knuckles smashed with Amy. Eggman cried out in anger and sent in his robotic wolf. The wolf pounced at Tails and knocked him out of the air. The wolf locked its jaws around Tails' arm. Tails bashed on its muzzle with his other fist.
"Get off of me!" Tails shouted as he bashed.
The wolf finally let go as Sonic managed to tangle the spider's legs together. The spider fell over, catching Sonic's foot in the fall, Sonic pulled away at the last second as it hit the ground but still his ankle twisted with the yank.
Knuckles and Amy were just finishing off the last of the spiders when they saw what had happened. Eggman pulled himself out of the defeated robot.
"Why you little-!"
"Eggman!" Amy shouted.
Eggman turned his head.
Amy was furious at the destruction he had caused.
"You ruined our party, hurt Sonic and Tails. You are toast!" She raised her hammer.
"Wait no!" Eggman pleaded as she got closer. "I was just angry that you didn't invite me, I'm sorry"
"Sorry is not enough!" she growled.
Knuckles stopped her.
"Wait Amy, I'll take care of this."
Knuckles punched his hand and ran after Eggman who was already running back to his lair.
Amy went back to Sonic and Tails.
"I'll help you both. Don't worry. Dr. Amy is on duty."
"Thanks Amy." They both replied. Sonic winced at the pain coming from his twisted ankle.
Amy hugged the both of them.
