Hiya, everyone! I'm back with more depressing poetry :D! In regards to my last poem, Ruined Happiness, I would like to say that things got pretty bad, so I took a slight leave from the guild. Now I'm back, and things are better than ever ^_^ This next one is actually based off a nightmare I had last night. So I give you this, a poem about the way I would feel if one of my friends were to die tommorrow...*sniffle*
Elsword: Missing You
A ray of pure light
Taken by the night.
That's what I saw
In Death's great maw.
A soul so sweet.
A hope to meet
At a store just outside town.
A kind young girl
Now white as a pearl
A great big smile
and a death so vile.
A stumble in your skip
Caused you to trip
The car did not slow down.
Your body was mangled
and your smile was strangled.
You laid in the street
Where we planned to meet.
I cried next to you,
no clue what to do,
and the tears began to ensue.
Time has moved on,
but the pain isn't gone.
You had so much to do,
but fate had plans, too.
Now there is no bright face,
and I find in it's place,
A slab of gray rock,
that seems to mock,
the angel who can no longer walk.
Death took you away,
Now I always pray,
That I'll see you again one day.
But still I cry, with tears no more
For the pure light that shines no more.
I will not say who this is, partially because it would be embarrasing for them to know I care this much about them...Anyway, I'm planning to eventually upload a Elsword fanfic that isn't poetry. It'll be based off my rather disturbing dreams. I just have trouble writing it when the dream hops around instead of going from start to finish...-_-
