Nervous Jealousy

He was watching her again. It was an awful habit he had gotten into. He doesn't know why, but his eyes are just drawn to her. He never notices what he is doing until he has been staring at her for awhile. He was lucky she had yet to notice… though the key word was yet. He has to be more careful in the future, she can be very observant when she wants to be.

Right now, she was helping a customer while he tried to flirt with her. Even if she was so observant, she could still be extremely thickheaded. I felt sorry for the dude I had gotten that reaction more times than I could count. Even though I was sorry for the poor guy, I couldn't help but be glad. I know it's selfish, but I don't like when ANYONE flirted with Ally.

Soon the man left, unsuccessful. I went over to Ally and told her I needed to see her in the practice room. Today was the day that I told Ally that I, Austin Moon, had fallen hopelessly in love with her, Ally Dawsen. I just couldn't stand seeing her so far from me with other guys flirting with her. It made me jealous to seeing her hang out with any other guy, but it was worse feeling my heart wrench at the thought of someone taking her from me.

I walked to the practice room. I had seen her go in earlier. I was trying to work up the courage to tell her when I walked in. I glanced at her while I walked over to the piano. She looks nervous but I can't tell why. I guess I should start now before I wimp out.

"Ally, I have something important to tell you." God, this is going to be cheesy isn't it.

"Yes Austin, what is it?" She looked at me with those beautiful eyes and I lost my train of thought as I started to get nervous.

"Well I know we have been friends for a while…" Damn this is cheesy, I am never going to live this down if she rejects me.

"Yeah, I know so what are you trying to say?" She seemed to be getting even more nervous and it was starting to affect me.

"I don't want to ruin our friendship by saying this but I . . . I . . . I'm . . ." I just couldn't get the words out and I'm losing my courage fast.

"The thing is . . . is that I . . . am . . . in . . . –"

"I love you, Austin."

Okay did not expect that, wait did she say what I think she just said. "Wait, what? Can you repeat that?" I looked at her. Ally's face was entirely red and she was looking away from me.

"I said . . . I said . . . that . . . Iloveyou."

I was still in shock. Manly because Ally loves me. I just couldn't believe it. I felt like I could just do about anything at this moment. Ally Dawsen loves me. Me! I don't know how long I was thinking about it, with a dumb look on my face, probably, but it wasn't until Ally started talking did I come back to earth.

"I mean you probably don't feel a thing for me, so just forget I said anything."

"But how could I when I feel the exact same way."

Now it was her turn to look shocked, so I got up and kissed her right there and then. When I pulled back she said just five words that completed my life.

"I love you Austin moon."

I know this story is extremely cheesy but it's my first one so place be patient. I would really appreciate all flamers because I think they help others write better. Please don't hold back if you review.
