Beep!..Beep!..Beep! was the only sound that could be heard throughout Rebecca's lavish New York apartment followed by her furiously pounding hand trying to turn the damn thing off for some peace and quiet. Finally after about four more tries she heard silence, then from her bedroom window the rays of the morning sun started to pour in making sure there wasn't any chance she could go back to sleep.
"Ugh!" Rebecca said while sitting up "why can't mornings be in the afternoon?" and floped back down on the bed to go back to sleep. That was until realization struck her...
"Oh shit!" Rebecca shouted while jolting right back up. She had an early meeting at the office that she couldn't miss.
Leaping out of her bed she yelled "Bruce will have my ass if I'm late!" Then she ran to the shower.
Rebecca Lockhart 23 years old and already one of the top editors of bizarre magazine, having graduated from NYU and on the fast track to being one of the most respected editors of all New York. Can be sweet and loving towards her friends, family, and to those less fortunate who really need her help. However she could also be described as a woman with an attitude who wont take anyone's bullshit; especially if it is from a man. With having only one serious boyfriend in her entire life Rebecca doesn't believe true love exist. Having seen so many of her friends with their hearts breaking and even her mothers Rebecca has come to know this as a fact. So she has completely sealed off her heart and only casually dates and she will never let a man get to close to her.
