A/N: I've been writing mostly Once-ler forward stuff on this site, and I wanted to have a story that was dedicated to Theodore Geisel {Dr. Seuss} and Audrey Geisel (Yes, TED and AUDREY!)

So, I'm writing a completely Ted-ler fic dedicated to Ted, Audrey, and the wonderful works of Dr. Seuss.

Hope you enjoy!

This story is told through texts. And the occasional prose.

-Earlier-

Ted ran through the streets of Thneedville, rushing to get back home as fast as he could.

He had just gotten a brand new, top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art, bright red AcORPox347z!

Opening the door, he breezed through the household in an urgent effort to get to his room. Bounding up the stairs, he whipped into his room, slamming the door as he fell onto the bed.

"TED!" his mom shouted from downstairs.

Quickly opening the door, he called down a fast "Sorry mom!" and then raced over to the package on his bed, this time being more gentle with the door.

Tearing off the silver paper wrapping, he held the cellphone in his hands for the first time. His mother hadn't allowed him to open the box in the store, hence his urgency to recieve it as fast as he could. The first thing he did was to call the home landline, making sure the phone worked and this hadn't all been a big scam.
