Inside the kitchenette of Emperor Splero's wooden residence, Michelle was just making freshly made flat breads while she listened on the musical zither that was playing on the radio. While she continued on baking, her husband Splero and his regent Chimpan finally arrived. Both of them were still wearing their usual ZPD uniforms.

'Michelle, we're home!'

The arctic vixen's face smiled. She then turned her back around to face the two and approached towards to the human Emperor. The fox embraced Splero and the monarch embraces her back.

'Welcome home, Sweetheart.'

'Thanks, love.'

They released themselves from the embrace. Splero and Chimpan then noticed the delicious aroma of newly baked wheat.

'Whoa. That smells delicious.'

'Yeah. What are you cooking in the kitchenette, Michelle?'

'Oh. I'm making some flat breads, Honey.'

'Flat breads, eh?'

'Yep.'

'Why are you making them, by the way?'

Michelle perked up.

'I almost forgot! I just received a phone call earlier.'

'OK. Who's the caller?'

'A caller named Rei or something.'

'Oh. You mean Rei Claws, Sweetheart?'

Michelle let out a confused brow.

'Rei Claws? Who's that?'

'He's one of the leading figures of the so-called Furria Clique that I been working for a long time ago.'

'Oh really?'

'Yeah. I even fought with him on my side during the Legela Revelte.'

Chimpan became puzzled.

'Revelte?'

'That's the Spleranese word for 'Revolution', Regent'.

'Oh.'

Splero cleared his throat.

'Anyway. What else does he told you in the phone call?'

'He said that he was going to visit here in Zootopia along with his entourage.'

Upon hearing that, Splero was so elated.

'Oh boy! They're coming to Zootopia!'

Splero chuckled victoriously before facing to Chimpan.

'I'm going to invite them here, Regent.'

'You serious?'

'Yeah! I been longing for them to arrive here.'

Chimpan then smiled.

'Let's escort them here once they arrived at the airport then, Sire.'

'Of course.'

Michelle giggled.

'Looks like I'm going to make more bread as well, guys. I'm sure they will be delighted with my specialties.'

'They sure do, Michelle. You know why?'

'No. What is it?'

'Rei and his entourage always loved bread of any kind.'

The arctic vixen then grinned.

'The more, the merrier.'

'Yeah. It is, Sweetie.'

Michelle snickered as she returned to the kitchenette. Chimpan then faces to Splero.

'Should I remind Nick, Judy and the others at the ZPD.'

'Sure thing, Chimpan. Let everyone know about this while I'll prepare the entire place for the Legela's arrival.'

'OK. I'll do at once.'

After saluting to the monarch, Chimpan went to the Splero's study while the excited human monarch went to the basement.

Meanwhile at the ZPD Headquarters, both Nick and Judy were talking to Clawhauser when the police radio crackled to life. Clawhauser then pressed the button before responding.

'Report.'

'Clawhauser, this is Regent Chimpan speaking.'

'Hey. What's up, Chimp?'

'I got news. Some of Splero's highest friends were heading to his residence. The Emperor is in full elation.'

'Really?'

'Yep. You could also invite Judy and Nick over as well if you want to.'

Judy then took the call.

'We'll do, Sire.'

'Alright. Thanks.'

The radio then ended its transmission. Nick then faces to his partner.

'Looks like we're going to meet someone new, Carrots.'

'It is, Slick. It is.'

The red fox simply nodded.
