Jump City, Gotham and sounding suburban places have decided that it is to dangerous to have "mutants" and aliens saving the public, so they chooses to attack them.

The teen titans where, once again, on the rooftop.
"Oh friends what a glorious day it has been" said Starfire as the sun bade the group of friends good-bye.
"Ye its pretty good" said Cy stretching and gave a quick yawn.
"You know I don't think that I have seen a prettier sunset" said Robin.
"Yeah, yeah it's all pretty and happy and what not, now lets play some volley ball" exclaimed Beast Boy throwing the ball up and down with one hand.
Cyborg, Robin and Star got the net and started to set it up.
" Oh err… Rae ummm I was wondering if you um play this time?" ask BB
"No…but thanks for the offer" said Raven and return to meditating.
But thanks for the offer thought BB. Raven never says any think like that…oh well it time for volleyball.
Beast Boy ran off to join the others.
Beast Boy didn't give it another thought until later that night, just before IT attack the titans.
