There is a thirteen year old boy named Danny who lives in an old town surrounded by a large forest. The town rarely gets any visitors due to the fact that there is a mythical creature that is rumored to terrorize the townsfolk by stealing people's livestock and caught fish. Danny on the other hand, wants to find out what this mythical creature is. Danny soon packs supplies like a compass, hunting gear, a fishing pole and bait if he comes across a lake, and other things. when he walks into the deep woods, he starts to come across a small pond. He gets out his fishing pole and bait, then starts fishing. He manages to catch a few fish, then hears a noise. He is soon drawn to the noise to realize it had stopped. When Danny returned to the fishing spot, he noticed his fish were gone. He suddenly finds clawed reptilian tracks in the ground. He follows the tracks towards a huge rock that's the size of him. When Danny reaches the end of the tracks, he notices piles of bones scattered all over where he was standing. But in a matter of moments, a drop of a slime like substance falls on Danny's shoulder. "Oh, Gross!" Danny then hears a loud growling noise, When he turns around, there he sees the black, green eyed dragon that is the Night Fury. " Uh, Hello. I'm Danny, please don't hurt me, I have parents!". The Night Fury Jumps off the rock, slowly approaching Danny. The Night Fury then smells him, determining if Danny is a threat or not. Then the Night Fury detects something. "Oh, wait, I know what you're smelling, it's the bait I use to catch fish." Danny takes the bait out of his pocket then throws it at the Night Fury. The Night Fury tastes the bait, the Night Fury has a bitter face when he chews it, then it spits it out, then he starts growling, with the pupils of his eyes getting narrow. " I think that's a sign I should start running" Then The Night Fury makes a powerful roar, Danny runs for his life. While he is running, the Night Fury spreads his wings, then soars above Danny. " Why did I ever thought it was a good idea to travel to the woods? This was a horrible Idea!" The Night Fury then picks up Danny, then takes him back to where they met. " Please don't eat me! I'm skinny and I don't taste very well!" The Night Fury then growls, then he starts puking up minerals of the fish bait. His eyes soon widen, then purrs likes a cat. Danny, on the other hand, is covered in Night Fury puke. " Well THAT was pleasant!" The Night Fury then comes up to Danny, sniffs him all over, then starts licking up the vomit to clean Danny. " That tickles! Stop it!" The Night Fury ignores Danny and continues. Later, Danny comes back with a fish, feeling sorry that he might have poisoned the mighty Dragon. The Night Fury comes up to Danny, smells the fish, then opens his mouth. Danny then replies "That's strange, I could've sworn you had ..." The Night Fury then shows his retractable teeth, then snaps his jaws, eating the fish while licking his mouth, " ...Teeth" Danny continuing his sentence. Danny then looks at the Night Fury, " You know what, since it looks like you don't have any teeth, since you have retractable teeth, I'm going to call you Toothless!" Toothless then rubs up against Danny, purring. " Aw, that's cute, But how am I going to get home! I lost my compass when you grabbed me in the air!" Toothless then picks up Danny onto his back, then soars into the air like a jet. Danny is terrified " AHHHH! TOO HIGH! TOO HIGH! YOU'RE GOING TOO FAST!" Toothless then does a nose dive, increasing speed like a roller coaster. When they reach the ground, Danny has messed up hair from the powerful speed of Toothless. Danny pants, goes unconscious, then falls off Toothless' back.
