Magnus sighed and his golden eyes flicked over to where Alec was sitting on the edge of the bed, his shirt held tightly in his hands. Stretching he brushed his toes against Alec's back lightly. "Darling, your back will hurt if you fall asleep like that, not to mention your fingers will go numb from how tightly you're holding your shirt. Come back to bed."
The light touch seemed to wake Alec from the trace he had gone into. He looked back over his shoulder at Magnus. A blush rising to his cheeks as he took in his…lover's…nude form. He cleared his throat. "Is…is it supposed to…"
Magnus raised an eyebrow. "What it and to what?"
Alec's blush deepened. "It…" His voice lowered to a whisper. "Sex…Is it supposed to…feel like that?"
A laugh bubbled up in Magnus but he held it in, knowing if he laughed at Alec's question he might never see the Shadowhunter again. Instead he bit the inside of his cheek for a moment before he smiled enticingly at Alec.
"Why don't you come back over here? We'll try it again and see if it has the same result, what do you say?"
