Summary: There's always questions for everything about her.
Scarlet Red
There are always questions for everything about her. Like . . . .
Why are you always so happy?
Why do you almost always get offended at everything we say to you?
Why do you always ask 'What's that supposed to mean'?
Why is your favourite colour cherry red?
Why did you dye your hair scarlet red?
Why do you have those little marks on your arm?
Why did I see you in the bathroom with a razor raised to your wrist?
Why did I catch you with a knife raised to your wrist?
So, so many questions for 1 red-haired girl. Who can't come up with any answers for those many questions.
Now turn away from her and go to some place quiet. Run these questions through your mind. Are you starting to connect the dots? Can you make a line between the marks on her arm incidents in the kitchen and bathroom? Maybe she gets easily offended and always asks 'What's that supposed to mean' because she's hiding a secret. Maybe her favourite colour and her hair colour are different shades of red because it's the same colour of blood on the razor and knife that she failed to clean. Now go back to the same red-haired girl and ask "Do you like living?" and watch close, because when she says "Yes." it just might mean a "No".
