Anywhere
Yumichika goes anywhere and everywhere, and Ikkaku remains behind to await his return and worries, convinced that he's going to lose him.
It's always worse, right at the moment that the plane lands and he thinks that maybe, just maybe, Yumi might not be on it. He might be off, into another world, another life, another place that has nothing to do with him, Ikkaku, the loudmouthed one, lacking the glamour and the beauty that Yumi takes such pride in possessing. He waits, in agony, as each second ticks into an hour.
When the passengers begin streaming through, he scans the crowd wildly until he finds that familiar face among them, and Yumi's eyes meet his, and they say, plainly, that he is home.
Moments later, when Yumichika is clasped tightly in his arms, he knows that all of that angst is meaningless.
Yumi could go anywhere.
But it is with Ikkaku, that he is home.
