Chapter 1: The Beginning

Winter Lovers

A/N: Maybe it's better? I have copies of the original, but I had to retry. Tell me what you think. ;)

Ardenelle: it wasn't exactly an ordinary kingdom. Yes, there was the castle and the small villages surrounding said castle. However, there was also magic hidden everywhere throughout every place. For example, the rock-trolls hiding in plain sight. Another being the young princess with the ability to create anything icy object with a flick of her fingers...

It had been a peaceful day throughout all of the kingdom. A young boy named Jack sat having a pleasant afternoon with his little sister in the snow. His dark hair shading his features as it hung messily over his chocolaty gaze. It wasn't anything new for the young boy to be goofing off, but when it came to his baby sister he seemed to try and be calmer.

The village had gotten word that they'd be getting an important visitor today. Sadly, they were unsure as to who and why. At least, until a carriage arrived as the sun set. Being that they weren't exactly wealthy townsfolk, everyone was in awe at their guest. It seemed the King and Queen, along with their children, were riding through on business. They'd decided to stop and rest for the night in the lucky little town. It was quite exciting and very unexpected!

The shaggy-haired boy took off from his room with great enthusiasm and excitement boiling out of him. He was going to meet royalty. Maybe. It wasn't like the guards would let just anyone through. Luckily, his parents were the innkeepers. Peeking around a corner at the handsome couple his smile spread wider. The Queen held hands with a pretty young ginger girl while the King spoke with his parents in a very serious manner. Nearly jumping out of his skin at feeling a tap on his shoulder, he turned to see a young white-blonde haired girl. His eyes widened at her beauty and a faint blush sat on his cheeks. They looked to be around the same age, but she was almost too mesmerizing for him to speak.

When he heard a soft giggle, his eyes went completely wide and his throat dried up. Could this perhaps be his first crush? He gulped hard, offering a shaking hand out to her and gave her his best smile. "M-My name's Jack, what's yours?"

This time, when she laughed he noted how her shoulders bounced and pale cheeks turned rosy. "Elsa, it's a pleasure to meet you." She took his hand without thought and nodded her head at him before curtsying. The action made his face go fully crimson and he bowed clumsily almost toppling over. At hearing her true laugh, he smirked and shoved his hands in his pockets as he straightened back up. "You're quite… funny." Her thin lips pursed together in thought, "I'm glad I could meet you." Her gazes shifted back to her parents when her mother called for her. "See you later, Jack." She winked and ran off after them a spark of snow seeming to follow her turn.

A heavy sigh left him when she ran away. That was… pleasant. He smirked and nodded his head in agreement with his thoughts. This had been a good day. Yet, the chill he got from her cool touch did slightly bother him.

The next morning, the carriage was waiting out front. Jack, still being half asleep, peeked out a window over his bed while rubbing his eyes. There she stood. Slowly a piece of snow flickered into the air and hit her in the face. It didn't seem to bother her, but her cheeks did become a harsher shade of red as did her nose. Those icy blue eyes were something that had caught his full attention the other day as well. There was something almost… unnatural yet magical about them. It wasn't just the fact her presence sped up his heartbeat. There was more to her. He could almost sense it.

-A Year Later-

Elsa laid asleep in her bed unmoving until her younger sister, Anna, began to whisper eagerly into her ear. "Elsa… Elsa!" The older girl didn't move a muscle as she laid asleep for the night. "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" She pulled at her sister's body before pouncing on top of her to further bother the sleeping child.

"Anna, go back to sleep." Elsa continuing to try and do the correct thing of ignoring her sister rolled over and stuffed her face in her pillow. "Just… Go play by yourself."

It didn't take much more for Anna to get her way. All she had to do was sing one small phrase, "Do you want to build a snowman~?" However, that's when everything went wrong.

After that night, Elsa feared everything trapped inside of herself! The trolls warning haunting her thoughts forever as her power began to barreling out of control. "It was an accident! I'm sorry, Anna… I'm so sorry." The child had been brought to tears in a second after the entire ordeal. She'd forever be alone now. The gentle snow outside becoming harsh and unwavering as it gusts through the skies. Yet, everyday all she got to hear was her sister dying for her attention making it all worse. The gloves, all of it wasn't truly helping her come to terms with the curse in her life.

One night, when she was twelve, she paced restlessly in her room. The entire walls froze around her. She knew it as well as her parents, her powers were becoming stronger. Every fear in her mind consuming her as she longed to leave this castle again.

The next day, the king and queen were off on business. Their eldest child was concerned, but it wouldn't be too much of an issue as long as she stayed away from others. Most of all, Anna. She'd almost endangered her sister's life once. It would never happen again if she could help it! It wasn't like she had ever desired to have these unannounced abilities. They just happened to be given to her by chance. All the damage she'd done had been done. There was no undoing the white streak in her little sister's her. Knowing that would kill her inside for however long she lived...

-Jack-

Danger and death are two completely different subjects. At least, that was how I saw it. Although, then there's the whole afterlife thing. It wasn't like I knew I would die, but it wasn't like I was ready for what happened next either. For once I admit I might have been wrong and having fun wasn't a good idea. It put my sister in danger, and… Well, it killed me.

The icy water filled my lungs as I was dragged to the bottom of the frozen pond. My limbs were stiff and numb while my cheeks filled out to be a very dull blue. It was almost instinct for me not to be capable of breathing underwater. Agony and shame had shot through me at letting my little sister seeing such a terrifying event. A slight hope that she wouldn't be haunted by her guilt trickered throughout my thoughts. I'd never want her to blame herself for my actions.

Finally, I inhaled and that's when I lost what little thought process I had going. All hope seemed lost until a voice came to me. The voice woke me from my unmovable state. Through the water I felt a slight breeze make my hair shimmer over my forehead. Something new was growing within me, but I was so powerful that it made me feel at peace. My gaze shot open and shifted to the glowing moon in the sky, and for some reason, I knew that's where the voice had come from that'd awoken me. It took me a second to realize I'd floated into the sky! It wasn't like I'd be used to such amazing things such as this. A spark shot through me as I began to whip around with meaningless glee. I was alive! Now I could return to my family and apologize for worrying them; troubling them. It wasn't too late for me to fix everything!

Gleefully, I spin down to the village from the small hill where the pond was located. "Hey!" I smiled at a woman, but something was terribly wrong. This was unreal. My heart skipped a beat when people ran through me! My eyes wide and hands shivering from utter disappointment. Was I a ghost met to haunt these people? This… This couldn't be happening. Why had the moon done such a cruel thing to me?

Darting up from the spot on the ground, I spun through the sky enjoying the fact I could fly yet a strong weariness had a poor effect on me. I was only seventeen. Perhaps, I was brought back to fix all of my mistakes? Why? There was no making sense of it all. At least, I couldn't make sense of it! Everything just seemed so weird… Were there others like me? I guess there's only one way to find out. Time for an adventure!

A year later and I'd learned quite a bit about what I truly was. A walking soul, almost like a ghost but I could only be seen by those who believed in me. Unfortunately, there weren't very many. They were all too busy believing in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and Sandman. Yes, it bummed me out and I was extremely lonely. Yet, it didn't bother me much at the same time seeing as I got to watch my family still. Their mistakes and laughter made me continue to be happy. It wasn't until my mom was speaking with my sister about the royals that my interests were truly perked. I'd heard about the king and queen's death before my own, but now maybe I could snoop around the castle for more information.

Floating through the cool sky now relaxed me, but it still gave me a new thrill each time I flew. It didn't take me long to arrive at the massive castle. A gasp escaped me causing a cloud of icy air to puff in front of my face. The building truly was beautiful beyond belief. There should be two princesses living alone here. The thought made a slight sorrow rush over me. Maybe I shouldn't be here? Glancing back in the direction of my village before giving a shrug. I was already here, so, why not? It wasn't like I'd get caught.

Landing in the courtyard of the castle, I looked around to see the emptiness of large space. Why had they closed themselves off from their people? My eyes narrowed as my curiosity of what was going on around here grew. Opening the front doors a chilling breeze whisk from inside. Of course, it didn't really bother me but it still felt very odd. Letting my feet lift from the floor, I floated down the narrow empty halls. I knew their parents died, yet things shouldn't have ended up like this.

Finally, out of the corner of my eye I saw movement. A ginger girl slid down the hall in her stockings and a dull gown. Her face filled with boredom. Making a quick decision, I followed after her to see if there was anyone else here. This had to be the little girl who was holding the Queen's hand that time, the younger daughter. A hint of excitement flooded me at the realization I might get to see the white-blonde beauty again. I was curious if either would be able to see me. Landing, I took a deep breath and waved to the young girl as she raced by… Well, through. I wish I had met her when I was actually alive. It made me sad not even knowing her name. Although, now I knew, she didn't have the ability to see me. Elsa probably wouldn't either. Hanging my head with a heavy sigh I slouched down to the floor curling in on myself. Not even many children could see me. Of course, I was new to the whole walking soul thing. There was no reason to be so down on myself.

Narrowing my eyes, I got up and continued to make my way along the corridor. The other daughter had to be here somewhere. Going through a different hall I heard soft sobbing. My eyes widened at the sound and my heart sank into my stomach. Was she still this upset about the death? Slouching and getting closer to the wood between her and me, I placed my hand on the door. A smirk spread across my lips. It wouldn't be very difficult to find this window outside the castle. Perhaps, I could go in and comfort her with some snow.

Okay, it took much longer than I expected to find the correct window. It wasn't like I knew the castle's layout, but now I kind of had a good idea. Rolling my eyes at the very thought of actually knowing this massive place I huffed. My fingertips dragged over the glass causing swirls to spread over it. It took me a moment to notice how the inside of the room looked.

Elsa was shivering surrounded by explosions of ice, tears streaming down her cheeks as she quivered uncontrollably. Out of the blue snow flurried around the room sweeping the corners before icing over the walls. My eyes went wider at such a sight. There was no way this was happening! I wasn't the only one with these types of powers! The girl that I met at my family's inn was magic… Actual magic! That's amazing... Yet, why was she so upset?

When her head rose, I froze. She hadn't changed at all from when I first met her. However, as her eyes became owlish while her head cocked to the side and upper lip raised she stood up. "Who are you and why are you outside my window? Well, more like how?" I flinched at hearing she could see me as my face became flushed. She came over and pulled open the window to see me floating. "What the-

"I'm sorry! I didn't think you'd be able to see me." I flipped my hair slightly to try and hide my crimson cheeks from her. "I usually don't do this; I-I promise. I'm just normally not seen by people…" Slowly I looked up at her when she began to giggle for a second her tears even seemed to stop. "Look, I'm really sorry nobodies been able to see me ever. How you're able to see me is a mystery. You must believe in everything, or our powers connects us…?" I snorted as I made snow swirl up between us.

One of her brows perked at seeing what I was able to do. "You… What?" She was so confused by everything I just said. "What are you exactly? We met as children and you weren't like this... Were you?" One of her hands touched my left cheek making me all the more nervous. "This is amazing…" I flinched, but then she blew snow out in my face making me burst into laughter from this new enthusiasm. When our laughter died out our gazes shifted around unsteadily. "Would you… Would you like to come in and talk?" She giggled and smiled at me as she stepped out of the way for me to enter the room.

For hours we sat in her room and just talked. It was unusual seeing as neither of us never got to speak with anyone anymore. I now understood why she sat alone day after day. It was out of fear and concern that her powers would blow up in her face. Plus, I don't really blame her after what happened with Anna…

We finally said our good-byes when daylight lit up the room. As I was making my way back to the village my heart dropped at seeing smoke wavering in the sky. Darting through the air as quickly as I could I made it to the village to see that it had all gone up in flames. Every house had turned to ash. What could have possibly happened while I was away?

Landing, I fell to my knees in tears appalled to find the village in such awful shape. What was I going to do now? My family… Everyone I love is dead. Turning, I looked back in the one direction where someone could see me as I am now. Perhaps she'd allow me to stay... Although, did I really want to push this on her after everything she'd gone through? For now, I'd build my own place and make it mine. There was nothing else I could think to do.

-A Year Later-

Things were different. I stayed at the castle most of the time speaking with Elsa. We were comfort buddies. She was also happy that she couldn't hurt me with her powers. It was late, but I had something for Elsa seeing as it was about to be her eighteen birthday. There was no way I wasn't going to be the first to give her a present… Well, I'd be the only one to give her something. Anna would yell through the door to her, and then that'd be about it.

Floating into the open window, I grinned at her as she waved her hand around swirling snow about. She flung herself up and grinned, "Hey! I've been so bored… What do you say to sneaking to the kitchen to make some hot chocolate and muffins?" My eyes narrowed, but I chuckled and nodded as she slowly pulled open the door. "Come on, Anna wakes up early especially on my birthday." She waved me over and took my hand leading me along the narrow corridors. After about the fourth hall and second flight of stairs I lifted her up to carry her where we could get to our destination faster.

Once in the kitchen, I sat her on the floor and swiftly landed beside her. "So, where's the ingredients?" One of my brows perked as I began flipping open cabinets. "Oh! I found mugs..." I turned back to her and she had already got all the ingredients on the land table. "Well… You must sneak down here quite a bit." I came closer while Elsa started to mix the batter together like it was nothing.

"Actually, I sneak down here every morning to make something different. It's the only way I get breakfast. There's only one worker that still lives here and she makes the rest of Anna and I's meals." Her smirk made me freeze up. My chest felt tight and my palms got sweaty as I got chocolate to put in our coco. Taking a pot out, I began to heat it up for the milk. Dripping my index finger in the mix, I flicked some on her nose playfully before licking the rest off of my finger. "Hey! It's almost ready for the oven. Stop putting your fingers in it!" I watched as she tried to get it all off of her nose. Her cheeks had become red just like when we first met.

Our gazes locked for a split second until we got back to making the food. It wasn't difficult to make hot chocolate, but it was a bit weird. Pouring some into each mug, I grinned as I watched her pour batter into a small pan.

It didn't take much more time for us to head back to her room with our food in hand. Our laughter filled the halls as she raced through them. Hopefully, we wouldn't run into Anna. It would be awkward for us to meet her when she probably still couldn't see me and I was carrying the mugs. I was just happy to see Elsa so excited. This was literally the happiest I'd ever seen her.

We sat huddled together on the floor enjoying our beverages. I leaned into her, grinning, "Love these muffins. How often do you make these?" I sipped my drink as I unraveled another muffin.

She glanced around, thinking through what to say. "Maybe about every… Never. I only make them on special occurs." At seeing her get bashfully, I shifted away from her to give her some space. "I love the coco. When did you learn how to make it?" Her frizzy hair fell on her face as she turned her head to hide her face from me.

"I used to make it all the time for my sister…" I lowered my head trying not to wreck her happy mood. Slowly I bit into my muffin before getting up. "This is for you." My hand slipped into my sweatshirt, pulling out a small package I set it beside her. "Happy birthday, Elsa, I hope it's a good one." I leaned in closer to her pecking her cheek. When I moved away from her, she was staring at me with such wide eyes that I couldn't help but to blush.

One of her hands wrapped around the box. "I love the paper." Snowflakes drifted from it like dust while icy wrap glimmered beautiful. It was cool to the touch. She giggled before pulling it open to reveal a small white box. Slowly, she wiggled the top of it open being very careful to see a small shimmering jewel on a thin silver chain. A loud gasp escaped her as a massive smile took form as she lifted it up. "This is gorgeous. Where did you get it? I've never seen anything like this…" Her bright smile was worth going through the trouble to get the necklace. She slipped it around her neck and hooked it in place toying with it for a moment. "I love it. Thank you so much." She leaned over and hugged me tightly, kissing my cheek. "I'll wear it always."

We exchanged a few more words, and then she fell asleep leaning on my shoulder. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep as well. It was a first for me to sleep as a walking soul, but it was more than pleasant just being with her.

-Three Years Later-

Third Person

It was the night of Elsa's coronation and people from all over had come to see the new queen; including a certain frost bitten male. His icy eyes landed on her as he sat high up in the wood workings of the ceiling. He could feel her nerves radiating from her, but she was much worse alone in her chambers before Jack came along to soothe her. He chowed at his bottom lip, narrowed eyes as he fidgeted with his staff. Perhaps, it wouldn't go too poorly. When her gloves were removed for her to pick up the items a chill flew up even his spine, but it didn't make him look away from what all was occurring.

Nothing really seemed to be that abnormal besides her nerves, so he figured he'd leave for a moment. It didn't take him long to find out that was a big mistake.

The air had grown bitter and below freezing, and not by his doing. Thank goodness he wasn't far away. He'd gone to his little pond for a second, because he wasn't even supposed to be at the coronation in the first place, and all hell broke loose. His hair flickered in and out of his line of sight the faster he flew until he was back to Ardenelle's castle. People were shouting and ranting of witchcraft while others wore concerned looks. What could've possibly occurred so quickly? Elsa? Where had she disappeared to?

His eyes darted over to a dark-haired male as he seemed to be taking charge of the entire situation. Jack's eyes narrowed as he studied the stranger. He seemed like a questionable character to leave in charge of everything, but he didn't have time to concern himself with the likes of this guy.

Jack bombed across the sky as quickly as he could. Maybe Elsa was still close enough he could talk to her. His heart trembled in his chest at what could've happened to her. A darkness clouded his better judgment for a brief moment as he floated in the sky, but he shook it off. Nothing would stand in his way of getting to her. He swept down into the woods to look for her but saw no one. The area was too massive for just one boy to cover.

Bolting back into the sky, his eyes widened at what he saw rising into the air. An ice castle rose tall, walls magically coming together to build the fortress. Landing at the giant double doors, Jack continued to be mesmerized at the craftsmanships of the gorgeous castle. Elsa had built something wondrous. Without realizing, Jack had knocked on the oversized door causing them to fly open without any form of hesitation.

Their icy gazes locked from across the room in frozen silence before her voice echoed through her new fortress, "What're you doing here, Jack?" Slowly, she descended the stairs with a look of awe as she studied him.

Jack made his way across the room to her his concern clear in his features. "I came to find you. What… What happened to make you lose control?" He took her hands as they stared at one another. "Everyone must know. Let's go back to the castle and get you warm. Your hands are like ice." She just began shaking her head like mad as she quivered nervously.

She cocked her head to the side pulling away from him. "Jack, you of all people should understand… The cold has never bothered me." Her breath became heavy, and her hands clenched open and closed into fist until she stepped closer giving him a hug as if to say good-bye. Both of them jumped when someone knocked at the door, as if they were doing something unsuited for prying eyes.

-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-

Anna stood at the front doors of a giant castle. She had finally made it through the woods with Kristoff and Olaf. It was horrible with the wolves and the walking, but she accomplished the journey here. She'd also like to think she had made new friends. Kristoff had been a big help. Shaking out her nervous limps, she breathed out heavily as she closed her eyes to calm herself. Her eyes narrowed when she heard Elsa's voice. The thought, 'Who's Elsa talking to?' crossing her mind. Slowly, she knocked at the door before pushing it open. Turning, she met Kristoff's gaze, "You should probably stay out here..." She gestured to the spot in which they stood as she began to enter.

Kristoff stepped closer, clearly pouting, "What?"

She glanced back and forth in thought. "Last time I introduced her to a guy, she froze everything." She shrugged at him as her lips pursed out.

His hands gestured between her and the castle trying to figure out how to reply. "But, it's a palace made of ice... Ice is my life." He swiftly crossed his arms as his eyes narrowed.

Olaf snorted, "Bye, Sven." The small snowman tried walking past Anna who intern shoved him away from the door.

"You too, Olaf." Her eyebrows rose and she turned, heading into the foyer. Her eyes studied the eyrie glimmering walls before landing on her sister. "Elsa?" She looked into see her older sister across the room alone staring at her with such a shocked expression. "Elsa, can we talk? Come home, we need you… I need you." She moved quickly over to Elsa trying to figure everything out.

Elsa stepped back as she shook her head, "I can't. This is my home now Anna, I'm sorry. You go, be queen of Ardenelle. I should stay here… seeing as I'm a monster." The blonde turned her back to Anna and ran up the stairs trying to escape. Anna chased her all the way into the upper room until Elsa flung ice out randomly in her direction. "Go away, Anna!" Her eyes went wide when she took full notice of Elsa's new wardrobe. "Elsa, you look different… It's a good different… And, this place is amazing." She slowly hugged herself as she looked around.

Elsa's shoulders drooped, cautiously she came closer to Anna. "Thank you, I never knew what I was capable of." She smiled, happy to hear her sister liked her new home. However, she then stepped away wanting to get farther from her.

Anna came closer trying to figure out what to say, but then Elsa took off up the stairs with both Jack and Anna close behind. Elsa threw words over her shoulder, "I belong here. Alone! Where I can be who I am without hurting anybody." Jack and her gaze met, "You should go… I need to be alone!"

Her younger sister came closer while Elsa continued to try to run away. "You don't have to protect me. I'm not afraid. Please! Don't shut me out again…" Anna seemed to get smaller as she chased after her. "At least return to fix the eternal winter you've caused… everywhere."

Elsa's eyes went wide as she stared at her, "Everywhere?" Anna nodded, wanting to say something more until Elsa continued up the stairway. Quickly, a snowstorm appeared as Elsa shook her head in frustration. "Just stop… Go home!" In the flurry of the weather, Elsa flung out her hand bursting out in Anna's direction. Silence filled the room, it seemed everyone had left until Jack floated over next to her.

Jack carefully took her hand and they stood there together for a moment. "Elsa… You're not a monster. We both know you're capable of getting through this." He gave her hand a squeeze, kissing the top of it before floating up from the floor to leave. "I'll leave you alone…"

Elsa turned meeting his gaze, "I'm sorry… Never speak to me again." That was more than a small surprise. "Just go already!" She stomped her foot, and then she turned away trying not to look at him. "I've never cared for you!"

He froze in deep thought, "I'll always care about you Elsa, and I'll always remember the good times we've had." Going to the double doors, he stared back at her. "Always believe in me, Elsa." Leaving upset wasn't the way he wanted this to occur. He'd never stop caring about Elsa no matter what.

-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-

Elsa couldn't hold back her tears as she stared after the frostbitten boy. "Jack! Jack! Wait!" He was already gone. It was too late for her to try… She fell to her knees in a quivering ball of agony. "I'm so sorry." Her fingers raked up into her hair as her shoulders bounced weakly. "I'll always… love you." As tears continued to stream down her face, she laughed softly while smiling.

Her heart almost stopped when an even worse darkness flooded the room clouding her vision. "Ahhh… It seems there is a lonely queen." A tall creepy male slowly formed in front of her with a menacing scowl. When he came closer chills raced over her skin. "Tears do not suit a beauty such as yourself. How about I take away all of that retched despair and fear that has filled you?" His devilish smile made her move away. "Your hurt and loneliness could vanish in seconds. All you must do is listen to what I have to say. Yet, I warn you, this deal comes with an interesting price."

Elsa's cheeks were crimson and she couldn't figure out what he was truly talking about. "I do want these feelings to go away…" She clenched her chest as she looked down to her feet. "Make it all go away. I don't care how just make it disappear." Slowly, her hands slid up over her arms to hug herself.

The man's pale fingers stretched out, "To feel better all you have to do is shake my hand." Elsa stared at his hand until she quickly grasps it in her own. Her chest had become tight from the feeling of shaking his dry hand. Although, his grip on her made her want to scream. Truly, it didn't feel right making a deal with him.

Elsa mumbled, "I'm sorry Jack." The male's lips quickly curled into a maniacal smile as she fell to the ground. A loud cry erupted from her as she held her head. Trembling, her view became misty… What the hell was happening? The mystery man fanned out into black dust, disappearing from her sight. She'd been tricked by this stranger. However, something did feel strangely different. It was as if someone had been inside her head. When she rose from the ground her feet had been frozen in place. "What the…?" She tried to move, but then the ice spread over her body faster. "Jack… help me…" The ice burst over her fully, tears ran over her cheeks as she realized this wasn't what it was supposed to be.

-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-./-

Jack landed, sighing heavily after their fight. It hurt to see her in so much pain. Going through the woods, he lowered his head trying to figure out what he could possibly do now. One of his hands raked through his hair in thought. Maybe he should go back? Turning around, his eyes went wide at seeing a certain darkness misting into the air from the castle. Mumbling to himself in disbelief and worry, "Why are you here?" He began to run back to the castle concerned for Elsa. The cloud spread through the air, blasting down in front of Jack sending him flying from his feet.

He flung up from the ground staring at the man who stood before him. "Pitch?!" His fist balled up as he stared at the pale walking soul in front of him. "Why are you here?" He never wanted any of the others to know about his life here. All he wanted to do was protect Elsa, which meant getting rid of Pitch.

Pitch's head cocked to the side as he smirked, "Jack? Jack Frost? Why come somewhere that already has so much snow? It's pointless for you to make more. These people don't have a chance, you evil child." He came closer to Jack chuckling, but Jack wasn't going to let this bother him. "Unless, there's a reason for you to come here… Perhaps a certain queen has struck your interest." His smile grew as he snickered evilly.

This wasn't good. "Why is it any of your business?" If he knew about Elsa, then he might try something horrible on her. "Go away! Just go scare some children, and get them to believe in you." The two stood face to face glaring at one another.

"Well, the queen you've been visiting seems to be in about the same mood. Of course, she did just tell the guy she's in love with to leave her alone forever." Pitch smiled deviously, grabbing one of Jack's shoulders. "Although, you two could just go dancing in the sky to make everything better. I bet you'd love to be able to hold her so closely again." Pitch hissed out his words coldly, "Why don't you understand? You and I are the same, Frost?" Jack's grip on his staff tightened as his glare transformed into a scowl. Moving swiftly, he shot a bolt of snow at Pitch.

Jack yelled, "You and I? We're nothing alike!"

Their fight quickly went into the sky, giant blasts of snow and black magic flying through the air. Jack felt a fiery rage growing through him. Pitch had to have done something to Elsa. He could feel it. Pitch's magic continuously got frozen in the air, falling, and crushing on the ground to shatter. The intensity of their battle heightened. Jack was no longer thinking straight. He didn't care what he had to do to beat this man.

Pitch leaped forward grabbing Jack and throwing him back to the icy fortress. Jack landed in front of the frozen Elsa appalled to see her in such a state. Pitch's laughter lit his insides afire. Jack's eyes slowly scanned the frozen beauty in front of him. "An amazing ice statue… I have to thank you for leaving her in such a horrible state. She didn't even know that she was assisting me in your defeat." The older man watched Jack as he stayed sprawled out on the floor in pure shock written forever on his face.

Jack had tears in his eyes as he pushed himself up from the ground, staring at Elsa's frozen form as she stood before him. His eyes narrowed as his anger grew, "That's what you think." Jack was tired of Pitch making him look like a fool and thinking he could push him around so easily. He flung around to Pitch and began to irrationally throw blasts of snow mixed with ice at him. His rage was overwhelming and consuming him completely. This new method caught Pitch off guard, therefore, it wasn't difficult for Jack to capture him within a raged filled frozen prison. Heavy breathes left him as he snarled trying to figure out what to do now. He knew that Santa could probably handle this man, but he wasn't exactly allowed in the north pole. Another thing, he had to figure out how to free Elsa. Making a quick decision, he lifted up Pitch and flew to the north pole where Santa could handle him. The yetis were hesitant to let him pass, however, once they saw Pitch they seemed alright with his entering.

His return to the ice castle wasn't anything other than nerve-racking. He had no idea as to how to unfreeze her. A heavy sigh left his lips and his shoulders dropped at seeing her still in place. "Elsa…" He came closer to her pressing his forehead against hers and raking his thumb across her lips. "I failed you and I'm sorry. I've never been this unsure of how to do something in my life… But, I promise to bring you back no matter what it takes. We'll be able to return to the castle together afterwords." His hands slid over her cheeks cupping them as his nose pressed to her icy one. "I'll figure this out without a doubt…" He puckered his lips pressing them to hers timidly, and then he slowly pulled back studying her face. His eyes narrowed at seeing a small drop of water drip from the tip of her nose. His hand slid onto her shoulders at noticing her frozen skin beginning to transform back to normal. He stared owlishly for a moment until her legs wobbled and she stumbled to the floor into his arms.

Jack pulled her into his arms, holding her close to him as she came to. Their gazes met when her head finally rose, "hey…" He smirked at her soft word. Giving her a squeeze, she pressed more firmly into him leaning her forehead against his. Her arms snaked around his waist hugging him in return and nuzzling into him. Their faces slowly inched closer letting their breathes exchange, "I-I think I should go back home. That's where I belong. Maybe if I apologize and figure out how to make the snow disappear they'll forgive me. Although, I want you to come with me. Would you please?" Half of her mouth turned up into a smile when he chuckled.

He slowly ran his nose over hers, grinning, "I'll always be there for you." He decided to jokingly add in, "Although, you could get the rest of the town to believe in me where you don't look totally crazy. Plus, I'd have an entire town that believed..." One of his fingers raked up over her cheek pushing a strand of hair behind her ear. His hand fully caressed her cheek as they leaned in closer tenderly kissing one another. As they pulled away Jack cleared his throat, "I should tell you… I love you Elsa, from the moment we first met I knew."

Her surprised was present, yet joyous all the same. "Jack Frost, I love you too... I'm glad we met." Elsa began to kiss him again, pushing him back on the floor where they could cuddle together peacefully. It seemed as though hours passed before they pulled apart and decided to leave for Ardenelle.

Jack and Elsa walked back through the snowy forest enjoying their special time. Elsa planned to fix everything once they'd returned and things were looking up. She was still nervous that they wouldn't be accepting of her, but Jack's support helped a lot. He squeezed her hand just as they came around a hoard of trees. Out of nowhere everything went black and Elsa awoke in a panic. Quickly, she began to look around for Jack until she heard chains around her hands hitting the floor. Their eyes met when Jack finally raised his head at his hiding spot on the window ledge. His hood fell down and she looked at him wearily. They moved as close as they could get to one another until the chains locked them in place. "Are you okay, Elsa?" His chains were only around his ankles so it wasn't like it was that difficult to get closer. He glanced around trying to figure out what to say, "Some guy took us… He came in earlier, but he didn't seem very happy. The guards said his name… It was like Hands, Hans, Horns. Truthfully, I'm not really sure." His shoulders slumped as he tried to remember more about the man who'd come inside. "He looked well groomed, however he seemed like kind of a jerk. I didn't like the way he talked about you either."

Elsa shook her head and gritted her teeth, "Hans, Anna's 'fiance'. Although, the fact he got you as well means he believes in you. That's a good thing, right?" She shrugged her shoulders as her eyebrows rose. Jack didn't really care about that right now, but she was correct. One of her hands raked through her messy hair as she tried to figure everything out. "That snake most likely wants me out of the way where he can marry Anna and become king." They both agreed with that statement and neither liked it.

Anger rushed through Elsa at the very thought of her baby sister being used! Ice began to spread over the walls uncontrollably until they were able to snap the chains and free themselves. When the window got fully frozen the area of the wall burst out into a snowy blizzard that'd begun outside. They grinned wildly at one another before running out into the snow storm. Getting to the center of the iced over lake, they stopped looking around as the whistling of the wind grew.

Jack reached out and grabbed Elsa's wrist, "I think I hear Anna's voices in this chaos." Her eyes went owlish as she twisted around to stare at him. "We'll find her. Don't worry." He squeezed her hand before slipping away in a different direction.

Elsa squinted her eyes as she began turning round and round to see anybody. "Jack!? Where did you go?" Out of nowhere a massive blast of wind blew through the air brushing a clear view for her to see everything. At seeing Hans standing before her she froze. His sword stayed at her throat with a strong snarky grin printed across his features.

At feeling the cool metal press deeper into her throat she almost stepped back. "I found you again… Thought you should know you killed your sister. She's dead, and it's all your fault. You're a monster. You should die like one." Jack was in awe of this man standing before Elsa. Now he understood. This is why Elsa thought of herself in such an absurd manner. It wasn't fair though. She was just afraid of her power because of how misunderstood everyone became by her amazing abilities.

A small dot of blood rippled down her neck. Hans pulled back his blade and swung just as Anna appeared in front of Elsa. The young girl stared at everyone she could see, but her gaze ended up on Hans until her entire body transformed to a beautiful frozen statue.

Elsa's rage flooded from her. Her arms wrapped around her frozen sister as tears drooled over her cheeks. "I'm so sorry Anna, I never meant for any of this to happen. I, especially, never ever wanted you to get hurt." Sobs rang into the air endlessly as her shoulders bounced from her weeping. Jack came up behind her placing a hand on her shoulder to try and comfort her. "I love you Anna. This shouldn't have ever been your life." Thus, the same way that Elsa unfroze Anna's ice began to slowly crack and break away. Elsa pulled away, studying the younger girl as she finally smiled back. Elsa turned to Hans swiftly, fist clenched. "I need to address the town. Now. But first, guards! Get Prince Hans out of here."

Returning to the town, everyone seemed pretty understanding and eager to place Elsa on the throne. The power of their queen would be legendary. Another thing Elsa quickly did was banish Hans. He was never to set foot in Ardenelle territory ever again. It was for the best. After all, he tried to kill both the queen and princess.

Half a year later, the twenty-two-year-old queen was a bit stressed out and ready to relax. She had secret plans with her unknown/unseen boyfriend at her ice castle. It was almost noon, therefore, it was time for her to be on her way. Giddy, she smiled to herself as she threw her cloak over her shoulders to set off. They never made actually plans of what they were going to do. They just did whatever the hell they wanted.

The people in the town weren't quite sure she was truly okay after everything. They thought her heart frozen and icy to everyone even Anna. She had no interest in the men of the village. They thought her to be a lone queen for life. Yet, she did tell them to believe in Jack Frost and they'd understand someday. Everyone just thought her to be crazy and foolish, but Anna knew something was up. Of course, she didn't have a ton of time to investigate seeing as she spent most of her time with Olaf and Kristoff, her boyfriend. Elsa couldn't have been happier for her sister. Just as she herself was happy.

Scribbling down where she'd be on a note for Anna, she left for the mountain. She looked around in the windy snow as she trotted along. "Jack!" Almost at her ice castle, she searched more for the frost bitten male that she was supposed to be meeting. Out of nowhere his face appeared upside down in front of hers with a very charming grin. "Snowflake, I've missed you." At her surprise he moved in closer and gently pecked her lips. He flipped around and landed down in front of her, the snow blasting away from them when he did. Slowly, he took one of her hands walking with her to the castle. "Sometimes, it's great to control the weather." She merely snorted seeing as what they'd been through.

Once inside the castle, they laid down on the icy floor to relax. Elsa began ranting to him about her work as queen. Honestly, he loved hearing about her busy day. It seemed much more exciting than his own. Whenever she got stressed from talking he'd make an easy joke to calm her down. Both knew how to soothe one another.

Raising his hand into the air he made a snowflake fluster up and blow over landing on the tip of her nose. She moved, cuddling up into his side to get more comfortable. "You know, I've always thought you were beautiful even when you're stressed out." One of his hands slid over and raked some of her hair behind her ear. They pressed their foreheads together chuckling for no reason as they enjoyed their time with together.

Their cuddling became more intimate as their legs entwined and their arms snaked around one another. It wasn't as though they were cold or anything, it was just an overwhelming need to be closer to one another. In such a comfortable position they both just seemed to soothe every thought and slowly drifted to sleep.

After two hours of rest, Elsa awoke to feel fingers running through her hair. Her eyebrows rose when her gaze was met with a nice set of cool blue eyes and a devilish smile. "How about a little bit of fun?" Just at the idea of getting to do something besides work, she got excited. Swiftly, he got up and then helped her up as well.

Jack pulled her in close, resting his hand on the small of her back while taking her right hand loosely on his left. "How about some ice dancing?"

One of her eyebrows perked at the concept. "What's... ice dancing? Jack, please explain." She snickered slightly, smirking at him as they began to sway.

His head cocked to the side, "Just... Just follow my lead." He began to smoothly pull her around the castle. As they danced their abilities seeped from them creating a form of art across the floor even spreading up the walls. Jack swiftly spun them outside into the cool snow, which seemed to calm with each step they took and dance with them. They pressed their foreheads together and once again became relaxed. "I have to say, I've never seen anyone that's so beautiful." The young queen couldn't stop the scorching crimson that rained across her cheeks, but quickly pulled him in closer to hide her embarrassment by tenderly kissing him. Pulling away, she smiled at him and closed her eyes to relax. Jack bit his bottom lip nervously, "I was wondering..." Her head rose from its position as her eyes went owlish. "Would it be alright if I returned to Ardenelle tonight along with you?" Their dancing ceased and turned into them standing close to one another.

Elsa's giggles threw him off, but her hug was a comfort. "Of course you can! I don't see why you're even asking, you should know by now you're always welcome anywhere I rule." She slowly pulled back and cupped his cheeks leaning into kiss him more. Their lips collided repeatedly until they had to pull away for air. "Why don't we go back now?" Her eyes had glazed over with lust as she ran her hands over his chest. She let one of her hands race down to one of his hand leading him back to Ardenelle. They were both excited but tried not to let it show too much.

It didn't take long for them to get back to the castle, Jack flew them up through a window where it wouldn't take as long for them to locate her room. He followed after her once inside. They turned down hallway after hallway until stopping in front of a set of double doors. She led him into her bedroom quickly, continuing to gaze at him as though he were the most amazing person ever. Although, he didn't exactly take notice of her aroused looks. His eyes studied her new chambers before looking back in her direction, "Your room is really big. I like that you decided to move into a place where you weren't locked away with... all those horrible memories."

Elsa had stayed back at the door, but a feeling of awe struck her at hearing his thoughts. "What? I don't think all of my memories in my old room where horrible. I just wanted a change of view... Jack, every second I spent with you was wonderful." One of her hands now rested on his right shoulder as she gazed thoughtfully at him. Her look shifted as she tossed her hair over her shoulder flirtatiously, "How about I show you just how amazing you make me feel?" One of her eyebrows rose as she leaned into him running her nose over his cutely. His confusion at what she was talking about came through clearly until one of her hands slid down where she could trace her fingers over his crotch.

Jack tensed up, glancing away with a slight blush tinting his cheeks. "I... I'm not sure quite what to say. Elsa, are you... saying that you want to ...have sex?" His eyebrows furrowed together questionably. The fact that she was doing this type of thing made him uncomfortable even if they'd been dating for half a year. When she leaned into him as a response, he tensed even more at the feeling of her breasts pressing into his chest.

Her arms snaked up around his neck pulling him in closer to kiss him again. His hands slipped up around her waist, bringing her in closer to him. Instead of doing anything outlandish, he pulled her in tightly embracing her to smooth all of her senses. He pulled away slowly and stared at her, "you're my best friend, I love you, and I don't want you to feel as though you've made any mistakes." One of his hands ran over her cheek slipping a free strand of hair behind her ear. "It's night... How about we just go to bed?"

A devilish smirk took form on her lips and she gave a nod. "Of course." She ran her fingertips over his chest, leaning in to caress his cheek with her lips. "Just give me a moment." She walked over to a wardrobe, opening the door she began removing her attire. Jack's eyes widened and a blush streamed over his cheeks. Not being able to help himself he ogled her as she changed into a thin shortly trimmed nightgown. Her body went beyond the beauty of the snow and her slim curvy body attracted a desire in Jack he'd been trying to hold within. It was like the queen was trying to get him to embrace his inner desires.

When she turned toward the bed and slipped in between the sheets Jack felt something he'd never felt before. His pants were tight and penis erect. He slowly took a seat opposite Elsa on the bed, removing his hoodie a heavy gulp traveled through his throat. He wasn't going to look at her anymore. He'd force his problem to go away if he had to...

"Jack..." One of her hands slid over his back and onto his right shoulder to finally stop on his chest, twisting him around to gaze at her seductive face. The lust in her eyes was maddening. He moved swiftly, pinning her in place to rip the gown she'd just put on off. Next, he quickly undid his tight pants trying to keep himself calm as his husky breathes hit the air. His eyes ran over her nude body that now laid locked down underneath him. "Beautiful." He leaned in running his tongue around her right nipple teasingly until his teeth gently wrapped around it to pull off the small bud and let it jiggle. His hand caressed the other one, fondling and feeling the tissue. At hearing a soft gasping moan, he released her hands in favor to bring her further pleasure. His hands continued to tease the mounds of flesh while his mouth freely moved along her body to suck and nip at the skin. Elsa's hands reached out and raked over his back giving him chills. She pushed down his pants and underwear to give his raging boner fresh air. His lips had traveled all the way down her body by now where he could place a massive hickey on her left hip, and then he returned to passionately giving her mouth to mouth. His fingers curled together pressing to her entrance. He felt the moisture leaking from without her slit as he rubbed the tips of his fingers over her lower set of lips. Slowly and carefully, he pushed one of his thick fingers inside of her causing her to gasp out from the new sensation. However, he quickly let another follow to help stretch her out faster. Even without his member her juices were flowing from within her. Her hips began to buck up into his hand uncontrollably. Seeing her in such a way made him want to ravage her... He pulled his fingers from her tight walls and readied himself to enter her, pressing his tip into her folds. He was afraid of putting her in pain, but he couldn't wait any longer after that whorish stunt she pulled.

His hands caressed her hips and he pushed his head into her tight hole. Her back arched up and she cried out in complete passion. Slight tears leaked from the corners of her eyes as he pushed in farther. "Jack~!" She pushed him around to be over him as she began to ride his cock. He was in awe that she could handle such an action with how big he was and it being her first time. His thoughts were interrupted by her walls clenching his staff. He grabbed on to the sheets, balling it up into his fists as she orgasmed. However, her hips continued to move and her moans grew to an even higher level as she bounced up and down on him. Finally, Jack felt himself burst inside of her. His concern on the matter was thrown aside when she began to thrust on to him once again. One of his hands darted up and pulled her down to lay on top of him as he thrust faster inside of her. "I love you..." His teeth raked over her earlobe and found her lips to give her tender kisses.

After their fifth time, things began to calm down. Elsa nuzzled into Jack's chest soothing them after their energetic love making. Sweat now glimmering from their bodies as they panted out wearily together. Their gazes found one another as well as their lips. "I love you, Jack Frost." She tucked her head beneath his and fell asleep rather fast.

In the morning, Jack awoke to Elsa standing in front of the window wearing his sweat shirt. "I didn't know you woke up this early." He smirked as he climbed out of the bed, grabbing his pants to jump into. "You look cozy." He came over to her to slide his arms around her waist.

One of her brows rose as she glanced at him from over her shoulder before she went back to staring out the window at the sunrise. "It smells like you. Plus, I really wanted to try it on." She giggled and turned around to him, slipping her arms around his neck. She rose up and pecked his lips sweetly letting their foreheads rest together in a relaxed manner. "This is a morning I could get used to." One of her hands swept up from his nape to brush his messy hair back where they had a better view of one another's faces.

He shifted, kissing her forehead before taking her hand from his forehead to lead her around the room. They swiftly danced as if it were a natural way to begin a morning. "I think I'd like this morning for a daily one myself. Especially if I'd get to see how beautiful you are every second of my day." Her cheeks turned rosy at his sweet words, but they both froze at hearing a knock at the door.

Elsa made a quick decision. "Who is it?" She'd go with the flow and let whatever happen, happen. Of course, hopefully, they wouldn't wish to enter her corridor this early in the morning.

"Elsa?" Anna's voice made her tense up. "It's me, Anna. I was wondering if everything was okay? I never saw you yesterday... Also, you never left your room." The door creaked open and her head poked curiously into the room. Jack and Elsa glanced furiously back and forth at one another as the auburn haired girl slowly entered.

Jack murmured, "This is probably the first time I'm happy someone can't see me." Elsa's gaze shot daggers at him before she looked thoughtfully back at her sister. Grabbing a blanket from her couch, she threw it around her thin form to hide Jack's sweater.

The appalled look on Anna's face made Elsa freeze. "Am I interrupting something?"

Elsa cocked her head to the side, "Of course not. What could you possibly be interrupting?" She smiled innocently as she stepped over to stand in front of Jack.

Anna glanced between her foot and Elsa, "well... You're just wearing a sweatshirt and there's a random guy standing in just pants... I just kind of figured... I'm sorry, I'm going to leave now." A blush scorched her face as she quickly turned on her toes to get away from them. "I'll just talk to you later, Elsa." She smiled back at her politely as she left the room.

Jack stared off after her. "Did you hear that?" Elsa and his gaze met, "She can see me!" Excitement rang from his tone as they smiled at one another. "This is great! I wasn't sure if she'd ever be able to see me." He looked back at the empty doorway rubbing over the back of his neck as he thought things over. "Do you want to tell her the truth?" He slowly walked over to Elsa cupping her face thoughtfully. "I hate having nobody know how much I love you." He cutely bit his bottom lip to try and get his way.

Elsa giggled, nodding in agreement, "Now that she can see you we should tell her everything. I feel the same way about not having anyone know a thing. However, I think we should get dressed before finding her again. She seemed a bit freaked out at our nakedness." Her smile made his heart throb with passion. She wiggled slightly, shimming his shirt to up from around her form to pull over her head and hand back to him. "Here."

Jack became nervous at the sight of her naked body once again but quickly looked away to get ready himself. He pulled his shirt over his head and then waited for her to finish dressing. Once ready, they took each others' hands to go meet Anna for breakfast. Jack couldn't help but be a bit nervous about meeting Anna officially for the first time. To calm his nerves, Elsa gave his hand a squeeze as they walked down the corridor. This morning had been truly interesting.
