Yugioh: Happy Birthday Dice-Boy!
notes: my first one shot of Duke and Tristan! I don't owe Yugioh by the way! Here's my new one-shot!
"Hey dice-boy, I hear it's your birthday today," Tristan said as Duke glared at him. "Yup, who did you heard it from?" Duke asked annoyed, "Joey. He was hacking into our files on the computer with Mokuba just in case he forgot someone's birthday," Tristan explained as Duke shook his head. "Was Joey caught by Kaiba?" He asked as Tristan smirked, "that's what I heard. You can ask Joey himself since he just came inside with Kaiba," he said as the two looked at the door.
"Is it true Joey?" Duke asked as Joey nodded angrily, "Seto said that I could be put in jail by doing that. I had to pay the price for it with him last night," he explained. "Gee, we can both guess what it was," Tristan replied as Joey glared at him angrily and sat at his desk which was in front of Seto, "hey Duke? Wanna go and hang out today to celebrate your birthday?" Shizuka asked as Duke looked at and than Joey who was glaring daggers at him.
"He can't Shizuka," Tristan said as Shizuka looked surprised, "really? That's too bad," she said as she went back to her conversation with Anzu and Mai. "What's going on tonight anyway?" Duke asked as Tristan smiled mysteriously, "meet me at the park by seven," he said as Duke nodded and class started soon enough. Later that evening, Duke went to the park at seven and found Tristan sitting on one of the benches nearby.
"What's this all about?" Duke asked as he sat beside him, Tristan sighed nervously as he opened up the ring box and Duke gasped. "It's beautiful," he said as he stared at it, "it's a 14k Gold Emerald and Diamond Ring," Tristan explained as he took it out and put it on Duke's middle finger. "It's perfect! Thank you Tristan," he said smiling, "it matches your eyes. That's why I got this for you," Tristan said. "But why? Why'd you bought it for me?" Duke asked blinking.
Tristan looked at him directly at the eyes, "we'll you be my boyfriend?" He asked as Duke gasped in shocked. "Me!" He asked as Tristan nodded smiling, "I'll love too!" He cried as he kissed Tristan for the first time along with Tristan also. "Tell me Tristan, who bought the ring? Don't deny it cause you don't have this much money," Duke said as Tristan smiled, "it cost 533.00 and the regular price was 1,066.00 which Seto paid for it," he explained as Duke gasped.
"Well, I better thank him later for this wonderful gift that both of you gave me," he said as Tristan smiled. "Happy birthday," Tristan said as Duke smiled and the two kissed again under the full moon.
