It's true, we're all a little insane

But it's so clear, now that I'm unchained

I didn't want to fal in love with him. I never wanted to fall in love with him. But I did.

"Kei?" Fai called. She woke up, craddled in his arms.

"Fai..?" Kei called in return. She saw him smile, relieved. "I'm soglad you're awake." He stated. She saw four other faces staring at her. Kuragane. Syaoran. Sakura. Mokona. And then, they disappeared.

Kimiko jolted up. "Where are the others, Fai?" She asked, her tone, urgent. Her question fell on deaf ears. She was out of his embrace now. She was searching for her other companions.

I know loving him will only bring pain, gried and so much sorrow. I know it all too well. The place they were at was dark and isolated. Only the two of them were there.

The girl approached the near-by lake. The moonlight reflected beautifully on the water. She saw her raven hair in the shadow and her red eyes. "Where are they?" She murmured.

Fear is only in our minds

Taking over all the time

"You know," Fai statedout of the silence. "I have something to tell you, Kei."

I want to get away from him. To be not alome with him. Where are the others? Kei turned around. "What is it?" She asked softly. Fai was already in front of her. He touched her face and smiled a forced gazed into his eyes. They were a special shade of icy blue.

Get away from him.. She gripped at his wrist, to pull his hand away but then, he confessed.

"I love you, Kei."

Fear is only in our minds

But it's taking over all the time

She didn't answer. She didn't know what to answer.

"Well, that's not true," Kei murmured. "You're in love with Sakura." Her tears fell.

Fai blinked. "What are you saying?"

You poor sweet innocent thing

Dry your eyes and testify

She wiped her eyes with her sleeve. Have to get away. "You don't love me," She answered. "You can never love me. It's wrong."

"Tell me what's wrong," Fai stated. "Tell me what's so wrong about it."

She didn't answer. She had nothing to answer.

Fai chuckled. "See? there's nothing wrong." He said as he hugged her closer to him. "And if there was something wrong, I wouldn't care." He whispered.

Kei stared into a distance. How was she going to tell him that one day, one sweet day, Fai would kill her for that weak sand princess?
