Kirby Super Star Ultra, Kirby, "Milky Way Wishes" game mode, Marx, Warp Star, Copy Abilities, Pop Star, planets etc. belongs to HAL Laboratory, Inc/Nintendo. I own the layout of the poem, the title "Astral Adventure" and the writing style.

I've finally gotten out of poet's block and I'm back with a brand, new spankin' poem! It's based on the mode "Milky Way Wishes" from Kirby Super Star Ultra and speaking of which, for a Kirby game it's kinda difficult. I used to have a hard time reaching the seemingly final boss, Marx, but not anymore. The first part was tough but I eventually went through and even beaten him with a couple of tries and a help from an ally! This is basically about Kirby's adventure but written in poetry format, actually it's unusual for me to do a Kirby poem 'cause I've never composed one before so I hope all of you enjoy reading this nevertheless.

Astral Adventure

Keeping the peace is Pop Star's pink puffball,

He's loveable, cute but quite small,

A fight occurs between the sun and moon,

If it continues, it will bring certain doom,

On his Warp Star, streaking through space,

Riding at an alarmingly fast pace,

To stop this, he visits many planets,

Arriving at any of them, summoning comets,

The real problem is an evil clown,

In order to save Pop Star is to take him down,

This adventure took Kirby far and wide,

With loyal helpers by his side,

Wiping the floor with his enemies,

Using a variety of Copy Abilities,

Conquering Pop Star is Marx's ambition,

Foiling his plans is the pink hero's mission,

Fighter, Ice, Cook and Beam,

Those are the powers from his team,

They can overcome any obstacle,

Together as one they're untouchable,

Victory can taste so sweet,

Now, Marx is finally beat,

Sun and Moon are orbiting again,

'Cause his plans foiled and goodness reign,

Kirby returns to his beloved dome,

A perfect place he likes to call home,

Thus, ends his interstellar quest,

He relaxes with a well-earned rest.

After defeating Marx, I realized that he has loads of things in common with Dimentio from Super Paper Mario which I could say is a bit of a coincidence. They both manipulate their enemies and betray them at the last minute, they are evil jesters (well… Marx is not entirely a jester, he has a pair of wings anyway), they laugh evilly in their own ways, they have their own villainous ambitions and goals, they are popular characters in their own right and the list goes on. Even though I'm not a fan of either of them, wouldn't it be weird if they starred in a crossover or be in one as the main antagonists? They ought to form a partnership to destroy the protagonists once and for all; a story about the Mario and Kirby worlds colliding as one might work as a treat.

In order to finish this poem, I had to complete the entire escapade, trounce Marx and watch the cut scene as well as the staff credits otherwise I'm going nowhere with this. One of the best highlights of the game would be having a valuable companion fighting by my side, they are handy when it comes to brawling with bosses, getting me out of tight spots and assisting me in other adventures. So anyhoo, what do you think of my first Kirby poem? Please leave a review and tell me your opinions about it.
