Patricia's POV

I was sitting on my bed, listening to Sick Puppies when Joy's question brought me out of my trance.

"Trish, who's your favorite boy in the house?" she asked me, painting my nails.

"What?" I asked, looking at her, then my new light blue nails. Light blue.

"Joy, I told you to paint them black!" she started to laugh a little.

"Trish, you said to paint them, and I did," Joy smiled.

"Anyway, who do you fancy? There has to be someone," she added.

"No one Joy," I insisted, wanting to change the subject.

She gave up after a little while, and started talking about Fabian.

Joy stopped talking after a minute, and I looked up to see why. Eddie was standing in the doorway, with a smirk on his face. He knew I liked him, and he would find anyway to prove it.

"I thought I was your favorite, Yakker,"

"Well think again, yeah?"

"I don't believe you,"

"I'll prove it if it'll make you shut up,"

"You're on," we shook hands and he left the room.

"Can't wait to see how he's gonna make you prove it!" Joy said excitedly

"Knowing him, it'll be stupid. Or put me in an awkward position," I said, not hearing Eddie open the door and walking behind me.

"Oh, like this?" he said, wrapping his arms around my middle, smiling.

I turned to face him, "Still not my favorite," I smirked. Then he pulled me closer to him, and our foreheads were touching.

"I know I am," Eddie said confidently. Without letting me answer, he ducked his head down a little and placed his lips on mine, soft and sweet like whipped cream. Remembering Joy was still in the room we broke apart, and we both sported a small blush and smile afterwards. She left the room after getting the hint and we both laughed lightly.

"Yes you are," I smiled at him.

"I'm what?" Eddie said arrogantly.

I wrapped my arms around his neck, "Eddie, you are my favorite."

At this he smiled genuinely, and kissed me again, smiling into the kiss.

WOW i was MIA for a while there! Sorry for the wait, but I have been fangirling all weekend, and last week, and several weeks before that. I will take story suggestions, and I hope you liked this! :) 3 you guys
